Curel Japanese Skin Care Trial Kit, with Ceramides, Travel Size | Cleansing Gel, Foaming Face Wash, Facial Lotion, Facial Cream, For Dry Sensitive Skin, Fragrance & Alcohol Free

I've had some success with Curel's Deep Hydration spray and Moisture Milk, which is an unusual thing because my hypersensitive skin makes it hard to find anything that doesn't break me out, burn, itch, or leave me red. So naturally I wanted to try some of their other offerings, specifically the face wash and the intensive moisture cream. This kit has made it so much easier to get a feel for the rest of their product line without investing in a whole product that might inevitably have to be returned. Even better, it's cheap, and even though the sizes are, in fact, as the product title states, trial/travel size, you get way more out of them than the 2 weeks Curel estimates. I really don't know how people are managing to burn through this set in a few days and then leaving negative reviews about the size. They've got to be using way too much. A little goes a very long way with all these products and I'd estimate I'll get about a month to three months out of them. But for the sake of warding off more size related bad reviews, I included a picture of each product in my hand for scale. If you're not already aware this set also gives you a healthy helping of their famous intensive moisture cream, which is expensive and hard to find in the US these days due to demand, so just to have access to try the stuff without paying over $30 for the full size is worthwhile enough. I bought the kit planning to see if my skin likes it, and then if so, order the Japanese formulation from another place for cheaper (which is extremely similar to the USA formulation, with the addition of vitamin E reportedly being the only thing the USA version has that the Japanese version lacks). Aside from that the size of the facial cleanser is very generous, and the hydrating essence as well (it's as thin as water so again, a little goes a long way). The makeup remover is the only thing I don't see myself using both for comedogenic concerns and because I'm not a big makeup wearer. All these products are fragrance free but they DO have a natural scent of the ingredients used. The formulations use eucalyptus extract as a skin calming ingredient (not as a fragrance, it's NOT an essential oil) which is essentially what they smell like to me. It's very faint, not obtrusive, and fades quickly. I can't say I'll be able to get along with all the products in this kit but like, for only $15 to have access to try a 1-3mo supply (when used appropriately) of each of these things is flippin incredible.

AMAZING PRODUCTS! I am 69 years old and have always used either Estée Lauder or Clarins but I am now retired and on Social Security so I have definitely to try something let ??? With my very sensitive skin and being extremely spoiled I decided to get this trial products because my sister in law had told me she loves them and she is 77 years old and looks AMAZING!! She was so right theses prices are SO AFFORDABLE AND AMAZINGLY THEY REALLY WORK FOR ME!!! My skin didn’t itch from the cleansers and the treatment essence is wonderful as well as the moisturizer and it is not to greasy! It’s definitely a KEEPER FOR MY SKIN AND BUDGET!!!!

Let me start by saying THIS IS THE BEST SKINCARE KIT EVER. First off all the face wash is so hydrating, sometimes if im in a hurry and only had time to wash my face (didn’t have time to put cream or the essence after) my face feels hydrated enough and doesn’t feel oily at all. I have dry to sensitive skin and this helps my skin. I used to suffer with eczema under and above my eyelids and acne on my forehead and cheeks but this actually helped me to not break out that much and heal my eczema!! Essence,cream, and makeup removal gel work SO WELL! Since I always put makeup on, I have no issue whatsoever with the cream pilling under my makeup or drying and gel works great to take my makeup off. Plus there’s no scent whatsoever. Size of face wash lasts me about 2-3 months to be honest. Cream about a month, essence about 1-2 months. Makeup gel depends how much I put makeup on. But nonetheless I would continue buying this kit over and over again since im always traveling and on the go. If you don’t have this kit WHAT ARE U DOING 🙃 Absolutely in love!!

The only thing that worked for me was the foaming cleanser. It is amazing! The other items were too heavy and greasy for me. I have combination skin that tends to be sensitive. This product didn't cause any irritation and there was no heavy or noticeable fragrance. It was a good value for what came in the box. I will purchase the foaming cleanser on it's own next time since the other items didn't work for me. Thanks.

The Tavel set is a steal comes with the best essentials . I love their foaming cleanser and the light gel texture moisturizer. My husband actually stole it into his travel pouch . The only light weight moisturizer he actually remembers to stock up before it runs out . The cleanser is easy to use right on face and is easy to rinse off and doesn’t leave strong scent like other Asian products , also safe for my daughter babyish skin

This is the most amazing product that I've ever used. It leaves my face so luxurious. I bought the travel pack because I didn't know if I'd be allergic. I highly recommend for sensitive skin. My face looked so young & renewed again. It stayed moisturized for over 12 hours. I love, love, love this.

I love this trial kit. It has everything you need when you travel. The foaming face wash really works and the lotion is nice and keeps your skin moisturized. The sizes make it easy to pack and I like the moisturizing water. It goes on nice and you can use it alone with some primer on top and makes your skin glow and fresh. I am going to buy some more and give as gifts.

Allergic made my skin breakout.

Bought this for my honeymoon in Thailand back in November 2023. I’ve only just come to the end of the foaming face wash in May 2026, with 1x daily use! It’s lasted aaaages and find it’s a great first cleanser and I have purchased a refill. I loved the moisturiser but wish there was more of it. I found the toner fine but not something I’d go out of my way to repurchase. Not super keen on the makeup cleansing gel but I don’t generally like that type of product. My combination skin felt clean, moisturised, soothed and without irritation

Started using every other day as have rosacea. It’s brilliant, now using every day. My skin loves it, full sizes ordered. Found this set lasts a lot longer than 14 days. Will buy again for travel. Packaging looks great in the bathroom. Do pleased I found this. Please don’t change formula.

Excellent value. Apart from the face cream which lasts a few days, the rest has lasted for weeks. My skin looks much brighter and softer. The make up removal oil is excellent.

I think this travel / trial set is a great idea. Got it for a good price using a voucher on Amazon. Unfortunately, the moisturiser which I was looking to test to buy separately was not hydrating enough for my skin, and even on clean skin I found it seems to pill up ? Which is not a very pleasant sensation. I was expecting quite a rich, thick cream. This will probably be good for me to use in the summer when I don't need as much hydration. The foaming facial wash is actually really nice, and I don't find it dries my skin too much either. Overall I don't think I would purchase anything independently, but it will be good for those with sensitive skin that is not overly dry.

Been battling with my skin for probably a year or maybe more. It became very dry with acne breakouts so the worst type of combination skin. This was on offer and a trial size so I thought I'd give it a go. Trouble is it's really good so now need to invest in the full sized versions. Genuinely thought I'd only want to invest in the wash and moisturiser if it worked But as the trials are running out I can't bear not to purchase the full set. The moisturiser finished first, the wash has gone on for about 4 weeks and I reckon maybe about week left, maybe more using twice a day The cleansing gel is nearly out, I used it twice a day initially but as the packs started running out switched to just the evening for a double cleanse to remove makeup and sunscreen. Honestly didn't think the water would feature but it really does make a difference, I have another moisturiser I'm trialing now this one ran out and am still using the water before applying. Also didn't think the double cleanse routine would make too much of a difference, but the gel before the foaming wash really does make a difference to how clean skin feels after. If this is £15 or under snap it up. Saw it on offer 3 weeks after purchasing and now regret not taking another trial set. If you're struggling with pre or peri skin issues I can not recommend giving this a go enough. Slightly disappointed it worked so well as it's not cheap for the full sized products. I just need to find an additional product to use when my skin breaks out towards the end of a cycle. Otherwise this is perfect to maintain balance and get the skin under control. I have always had generally very sensitive skin and had no adverse reaction.
