Poor Support from Seattle Coffee Gear
I like this machine very much and manufacturer support has been great, but I am very disappointed in Seattle Coffee Gear for refusing to even provide basic support for a leaking portafilter and hissing from the steam valve during the warranty period. Maybe it is because the seller is now owned by Sur La Table and some private equity group, but really it would have been a simple fix by referring me to their existing video and sending me some inexpensive parts. Instead this guy Aldo was useless and refused to do anything about a product in violation of their express warranty and California's implied warranties. If anyone else has this problem, SCG is registered with the CA Secretary of State and can easily be held accountable for their poor business practices.

I’ve had mine for nearly a year. I use it all the time. It’s pretty much my favorite thing. Great pressure for steaming milk. works perfectly - no issues at all.

Ass-crap-o nightmare proportional intergral dookie
It was broken, and this was an item that I returned. They sent me back the same item, broken with the same issue; they didn't even fix it. Same box, same unit, very disappointed by the company, it looks beautiful, but the retailer does not care about the product.

This is unfortunate. I’ve been looking for an espresso machine and this is one I really liked but thank you for the reviews. I would’ve wasted a lot of money for an espresso machine that’s made in USA which I live in, and cannot take care of their customers. Thank you for your reviews.

Lasted about 20 days before breaking.
Didn't even last three weeks before it broke. Returning it.

Beautiful machine
This machine is truly beautiful. It delivers very quick heat up time and high pressure extraction for a really good shot of espresso. I have had it about a month and haven't adjusted the length of pour for the double shot, which i will make longer. In default settings compared to about a 9 sec extraction for a single shot a double is 10.or.11 seconds. The hot water is immediate, the wand stays clean, haven't figured out the steam yet lol. With one shot to pre heat it, the water tank makes about 8 shots but is extremely easy to refill. All pretty easy to clean, pucks pop out easily w 1-2taps. I hope that with time I can dial in the crema to compare to my 20 year old Saeco...
