Plenty of ideas

I’ve just received this book and I’m really impressed. It’s well written, easy to follow, and packed with useful ideas and tips for anyone getting started with smoking. As a complete beginner, it already feels like the perfect companion as I begin my journey into the world of BBQ. It’s full of great recipes and rubs, with plenty of inspiration to try new things. If you’re new to smoking or just want fresh ideas, this book is a brilliant choice. What’s not to like?

I thought I knew about grilling but soon found I knew absolutely nothing. A real eye opener and some really great recipes and ideas, can’t wait for the weather to warm to fire up the grill.

Cracking book, but restricted to pellet smoker (which I don’t have). Still, lots of good recipes and a handy reference

This book had so many positive reviews, but tellingly no previews, that I thought it was a no brainer when I ordered the Kindle edition. I've just taken delivery of my first (bullet) smoker and this seemed like a good starter. However, what the blurb doesn't tell you is that it is entirely focused on electric pellet smokers, which is something of a niche and really ought to be mentioned on the cover. Also, the very first recipe I looked at for baby back ribs, an absolute staple, was missing the entire first stage of cooking and goes straight from "massage in the rub" to "remove the ribs and wrap in foil". If anyone was going to proof-read ONE recipe, it should have been that. I feel like I and the other one star reviewers have received a completely different book to the hundreds of five star reviews.

The book is very good. I learned a lot about bbq and easy to follow.

The Grill Bible is absolutely brilliant loads of info some fantastic recipes can't wait to start ticking off more of the dishes

I purchased this as a gift for my husband who would like to improve his hand at the grill. There are great techniques and recipes and we were pleasantly surprised at the variety inside. We learned to make a sauce and a new method of doing ribs. He's very impressed with the book and says it's easy to follow and simple. Each page is filled with delicious ideas and we"re excited to try them all!

Interest te cookbook on cooking on the grill and smoking techniques. More than just a recipe book (over 1000) tricks are explained and information given on how to grill the best or smoke the right way . Lots of tips on pellets to use according to foods to enhance their flavors, cooking times, and lots of information. Very valuable

It's good, great if you own a Traeger. No pictures which is a shame, but tons of good info, a good buy.
