I've been very concerned about using dishwashing detergents that have harmful ingredients. I was looking for a "clean" one for a long time and tried various brands. 1. Dirty Labs cleans well - which was an important criteria for me. 2. It leaves no residue - I was frustrated when the other brands I tried left residue on plates, glasses and cutlery. This one doesn't. 3. It has no fragrance, which is what I wanted. Yet the dishes comes out without odor issues. 4. It doesn't come in plastic pods - another important criteria since I want less plastic in the environment, and also don't want microplastics as a result of dishwashing. I don't have to worry about microplastics with this detergent. 5. It comes with an easy to measure attractive wooden spoon and paper container that holds perfectly well.

I’ve been using Dirty Labs Dishwasher Detergent + Booster for several weeks now and I’m really impressed. It cleans extremely well — dishes come out spotless with no residue or film, even on baked-on food. I love that it’s fragrance-free and still leaves everything smelling clean, not chemical-heavy. I really like this dishwasher detergent. I like the enzyme cleaning and there is no more smell in my dishwasher. It reminds me of the more expensive Norwex brand. Everything gets clean. Silverware is shiny. Glasses and plates are spot free. I only use a scoop of it. Highly recommend

I love it, has no plastic, cleans great! It has great eco friendly, organ ingredients that do a good job. Easy to use it comes with a little spoon and it docent leave any residue or stickiness on it.

It does a great job with my dishes and I love the scent. The reason this is the only dishwasher detergent I will ever buy, despite the fact it’s rather expensive, is how much it helps with the stink of my dishwasher. My 2-year old Bosch has major issues with the water smelling disgusting—no matter what I do (a known issue with Bosch). This detergent seems to clean my dishwasher and the dishes. There’s no stank when I open my dishwasher now! It’s something about the enzymes apparently. It’s been a total game changer for me and actually saved me from replacing my dishwasher (that’s how bad the smell was).

This dishwasher detergent was recommended to me by a seller of high end appliances. I was complaining about the smell coming from my dishwasher and wanted to replace it (and yes, the filter in the dishwasher was clean). She said it was from using pods and to use this product as it would keep my dishwasher sweet smelling but also do a great job with cleaning the dishes. She said it was recommended to her by a Cove-certified technician. In the end I bought the Cove dishwasher anyway as mine was 9 years old but after using this product it smells fine and the whitish-looking powder that was showing on the inside stainless steel disappeared. She said that was scale and this product would remove it, and it did. The product comes in a round container with a metal cup inside to hold the measuring spoon. The directions say to use 1 spoon full for a light load and 2 for a dirtier load. The product does not clump even under the sink. I admit removing the cup that holds the spoon is irritating so I removed mine and simply allow the spoon to sit on top of the product. The container is study, not bendable or easy to crack, the product smells nice, and all smell and scale is gone. I haven't used a full container yet so I can confirm it gets 48 loads, but I can tell you my dishes are clean and fewer water spots now. I live in a hard water area and decided to buy the new Cove dishwasher only because it has an included water softener. The installer wants my old dishwasher as it appears new inside now.

After much review of “clean” dishwasher detergents I decided to try Dirty Labs even though the price point is very high. I was nervous in using in the 1st wash because of the price point and hoped it would clean well and not leave streaks as it says you don’t need a rinse aid. To my relief it performed great, cleaned well and no streaks on glasses! The only downside of it is the price but I didn’t give less stars because I knew the price and ordered it anyway.

It is the best I have ever used. The colour design on plates/mugs does not fade despite cleaning all brilliantly. Does not leave chemical smell in dishwasher or on plates like modern powders do.

Excellent product, with great smell and cleaning performance. My dishwasher can't cope with tablets or gel packs, as it leaves them behind part-undissolved. It's now almost impossible to find dishwasher detergent in liquid or powder form in UK supermarkets, so this was an ideal solution.

I’m very impressed at the way this powder cleans dirty dishes. I’ve tried many natural alternatives, with no success but this brand actually works very well.

I love this product! It works so well with hard water, dishes are squeaky clean and the dishwasher itself is clean and fresh-smelling.
