This grip tape is amazing and provides the perfect grip for my workouts. The first time I used it, I set personal records for both muscle-ups and weighted pull-ups in the same session. I used to rely on chalk, but I've now switched to using this tape whenever I can. Chalk tends to dry out my hands and increases the chance of tearing my skin, whereas this tape avoids that issue entirely. It’s also great for ensuring consistent pull-up and muscle-up widths, helping me maintain the same grip width during every set. Another big plus is that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue when removed, and I've been able to reapply it multiple times before it starts to wear out. My only critique is that I wish it were a bit wider, which would make application and removal faster and easier.

Utilisé sur une barre de traction dont les barres métalliques rendaient la préhension difficile. Par exemple, lors d'une simple suspension à la barre, il était difficile de conserver la position des mains car celles-ci avaient tendance à glisser sur le métal. Cette bande donne un bien meilleur "grip" sans vraiment augmenter le diamètre de la barre. Elle est facile à poser et semble bien tenir en place. C'est un accessoire vraiment utile pour ceux qui souhaitent régulièrement effectuer des tractions ou simplement se suspendre.

Wa gut verpackt und fühlt sich wertig an. Es hält was es verspricht und haftet sehr gut. Der Grip ist mit dem Band richtig gut. Es hält auch an den Kanten und löst sich nicht ab.

I use this for the handle on my rackets. Better than the stuff they come with, feels nice even with sweaty hands and the roll is big enough to do mang rackets.
