Good, small but very useful

If you are a fit healthy person looking for exercise or strength work, do not buy this. The short cranks and low non-adjustable resistance will not give you a meaningful workout. If you are rehabilitating after knee surgery or injury and you're working on regaining knee flexion range, or you have limited mobility and you're looking to maintain leg function, then this device is excellent given the low price. The short cranks mean you need much less flexion to turn it over compared to a bicycle.

I bought this to help with my recovery from a Total Knee Replacement (at the 10 week mark). As it was so reasonably priced I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have not been disappointed. It’s sturdy, yet light enough to carry and it folds easily for storage. I have found it better to use it on fitted carpet than hard floor as it doesn’t move when in use. After just one week I’m really pleased with the results, less stiffness, more bend !! Thank you

Was advised by my physiotherapist to get this to help with my knee replacement recovery. I got this on Amazon resell at a good price. The tension is adjustable, it's simple to use and records your activity as you go. Press and hold red button to reset back to zero. Folds flatter for smaller storage. TOP TIP : Make sure the rubber feet are correctly turned flat bit to the floor to avoid it moving on carpet. Once that is done, it doesn't slide.

Great little bike for after my accident, to rebuild strength. Only thing is I have to prop something behind it as it’s light and moves across the wood flooring when you pedal

Bought this for my Mum who, due to recent injuries, is unable to walk more than a few steps at a time. She finds it easy to use, is keeping her legs and lower back mobile and helps get the blood circulating too when she's otherwise restricted to sitting down most of the day. It folds for easy storage and you can strap your feet in if you want. The resistance, however, is just a screw handle which doesn't create much resistance at all. I will probably invest in a better version of this product now we realise the benefits and know that Mum will use it. All-in-all, a good product for £20!

I love this foldimg portable circle, I was a bit skeptical at first I thought will it help, I was ill for 6 months and had to get some strength back in my body i needed to excise I couldn't go outside, This has brought my strength back am breathing better its helped me so much I would recommend it, the only thing I used it in bedroom it has a carpet, because it slided on my wooden floor .

Sí cumple mis expectativas, es para mi madre y está muy contenta, puede hacer un poco de ejercicio en casa mientras ve la tele, muy fácil de montar,el único inconveniente que le veo,es que se mueve cuando estás pedaleando pero como todos los demás,poniéndole una alfombra debajo,solucionado el problema.

Me gustan porque son prácticos pero presentan dos detalles que podrían mejorar. Lo primero es que se deslizan en el suelo y lo segundo es que suenan cuando aprietas la resistencia
