Immediate relief. Literal godsend if you stare at a computer all day
Hear me out-- I use computers 14hrs a day or so. Staring at any screen reduces your blink rate, which dries your eyes, makes them red. I didn't know this until recently, and assumed I must have some kind of condition, since I'd had worsening daily bloodshot for...Six years? Found out, read up on solutions, heard about overnight gel drops. These ones looked best, so I snagged them. They arrived the same night my eyes were itching so bad that I couldn't sleep (first time that's ever happened). Dropped them in, the itching immediately stopped, like someone shut off a blaring radio. Went to bed. Woke up the next morning and I had whites in my eyes again. No more pink, jaundice-y looking eyestrain. My eyes look normal again. after. one. use. Anyway. Been using them almost every day for a month. Gets even better the longer you use em. And if you stop using them, your eyes go back to normal--they don't rebound and become drier than before, which is a MASSIVE relief. Recently found out that I can wear contacts all day comfortably again if I pop some of these drops in the night before as well. That's a first in multiple years too. People actually comment on my eyes now. They're expensive as heck, but if you stare at a screen all day, please. Get these. Or get similar overnight drops from a friend or something. Just... It's unbelievable the difference it makes. Peace.

They work!
This is the only over-the-counter eye drops for dry eye that works for me. I use these drops when I have been in the wind or when my eyes tear too much. I use the same brand nighttime drops 2-3 nights a week. They do not burn, but feel good. They are less expensive than the next step in treatment which is ultra-expensive prescription!

Game Changer
Due to severe myopia and astigmatism (-10), there is literally just one brand of soft contact lenses that fit my Rx. In my 25 years of wearing contacts, they are the worst, most painful drying lenses. Of course, I wear them way too long because I really can't see in glasses, the distortion is too much. My eyes are seriously dry and irritated, and my lenses get glued to my eyes. I tried other brands of drops constantly, and they just don't help much. Very temporary, about as helpful as plain saline. These are totally different. Basically as close to a gel drop as you can get with being compatible with contact lenses. I still hate these lenses, but these do help. When I take my lenses out at the end of the day, they aren't so stuck. My eyes are starting to feel less angry. The moisture actually lasts a few hours, not a few minutes. The package says you may have a little blurriness at first. I haven't found this to be the case. In fact, my vision is much more crisp. Dryness always makes my vision blurry, especially because toric lenses need to move. I totally disagree with the complaints about the bottle. Yes, you do have to squeeze pretty firmly, but it's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be. The plastic is a lot more pliable than I expected based on reviews. It makes it much easier to get one drop, instead of accidently getting like 10, getting it all over your eyelids/face and smearing your makeup. I actually really perfect this dropper over others. Not to mention, the design is intended to prevent the need for preservatives, without single use packaging. Big win. Until I can afford surgery, these are extremely helpful. If you're dealing with legit dryness, ignore the bad reviews, these are awesome drops. Unlike anything I've used with contacts.

These Drops are Good for Dry Eye Issues
These gel drops do more for my dry eye than any other drops I've tried. I'm happy I tried them, although they are kind of expensive. Sometimes we have to pay more for a good product. Although they are recommended for night time use, they work great during the day, too. And they don't leave vision blurry after application.

A real help
Tried this for dry eye issue which developed after a viral eye infection. Eye doctor’s office told me to try OTC lubricants for excess tearing and irritation (who knew?}. Tried several and read this one had evidenced based ingredients that can help. These worked the best and issued resolved after several days Simple- drops during day and gel at night . I’d say a lifesaver!
