What is the size of the butterflies

Hi when they are popped out probably around 2 inches across. I put them on chocolate cup cakes they looked fab.

Are these butterflies coloured on both sides?

No they are only coloured on one side, but to be perfectly honest, they don't need to be, when placed on cake etc they look beautiful and you don't see the under part of the butterfly. I have bought several lots in different colours, georgeous.

How do you stick these to the cake if it's fondant icing?

Hi they are flat sugar paper so I just stuck mine on a blob of icing on cup cakes. If the rodent is flat and smooth you’d have to use some kind of cream icing or sugar glue but if it’s too liquid the sugar paper would start to dissolve like it does when you put it in your mouth.
