Beautiful detail on this product

Peregrine Falcon
Bought to place in my garden with the idea of scaring pigeons away that have been constantly sitting on and dirtying my newly painted fencing. Certainly a nice quality life size representation of a peregrine falcon but I’d expect that given the price point. However, apart from some initial effectiveness in discouraging the pigeons landing in the garden disappointingly after a week they don’t seem too fazed by it now and have resumed their fence perching and lawn feeding activity. So I’ll score four stars for quality but only two stars for it’s intended purpose.

V Scary, effective. Love it.. So far.
‘something’ comes and burrows into my planters.. digs up the soil, throws it out of planter, messes up my plants..I have the holographic tape on sticks everywhere, 4-5 of the shiny swirly things, two small owls, all of which did bugger all..this falcon perched on two bricks seems to have stopped ‘it’..one evening my husband moved falcon back and the ‘thing’ burrowed in another planter!!! So you have to keep this falcon visible and prominently placed, even if it means inconvenience and going around it when passing by.. Two tiny holes on his bottom side not sure what for.

I brought this as a birthday present for my falcon obsessed father and I was slightly concerned that it wouldn’t look life like, but I can honestly say it looks exactly like a real falcon and is almost identical to the real life falcon my dad has. It’s fantastic!
