Perfect for a Non-baker
I was raised eating pies, so was intimidated when my husband started requesting cakes, so for Christmas I bought these pans for HIM to bake his own cakes. They are awesome! I don't know much about pans, but they are so heavy and sturdy that I think the cake is baking evenly and are quite light and fluffy. We haven't had any trouble with scratching or rusting. And no trouble with the cakes releasing from the pan. They are even pretty - a nice copper color. This cake newby thinks they are high quality and a great investment for your kitchen!

These cake pans are as good as the Goldtouch pans sold by Williams Sonoma. Heavy, non-stick, and easily cleaned.

Great baking pans!
Really impressed with these cake pans. Love how evenly they distribute heat and easily release bake goods. Plus they are hefty enough to withstand a few knocks without damaging. Would definitely purchase again.

these are 9 inch pans, not 8 inch
I didn’t realize there was that much difference between an 8 inch and an 9 inch cake pan so my cakes came out very thin. However, the quality of the pans are great, even baking , Easy release of the cake layer and easy cleanup. They are definitely nonstick..
