I purchased these for a friend after she had problems finding in shop. Dhe tells me the quality is excellent and the best she has had in this type of item. Very comfortable and fit well. So happy she had me order two more packs .She also told me that she would get a size down (L) another time time to wear under close fitting garments . But the XL is fine for everyday use.

Must be a production defect.
Whatci received is defective. After i urine into it the whole diaper sank and pulled the waistband downwards to my legs and i could not walk as the waistband was hugging my thighs. I have used Tena for over 7 years and this is unexpected. I used 3 and the experiences were the same.

Una braguita/calzoncillos absorbente con buenos resultados
Estamos muy satisfechos con el producto, hecho por el que llevamos mucho tiempo usándolo. Además del precio (el importe en farmacias es tan elevado que no puedo entender cómo se lo pueden costear ciertas personas teniendo en cuenta que es una necesidad básica para ancianos), da muy buen resultado: cómodo para quitar y poner, subir y bajar, no da calor, se ajusta adecuadamente, no desprende olores hasta que se quita, absorbe lo necesario (aún con incontinencias abundantes)... En fin, como una braguita o calzoncillos absorbibles. Lo recomiendo para el uso en gente mayor (por su comodidad, sobretodo, a diferencia del pañal que se es más dependiente y puede resultar más "traumático" o costoso adaptarse a él).
