any turquoise colors?

Not really. There is some navy gray and a bit of green. As I remember there were a few different color rugs and maybe one of those has more turquoise.

I was sent a 5x3 instead of a 5x7 which was originally ordered. The sticker on the packaging says 5x7. Is this a manufacturer issue or Amazon issue?

If ordered from Amazon it is Amazon who will take care of it. Amazon will send you a return label. No cost for you to mail back. Some times they will just tell you to keep because of the mistake. I call the Amazon 800 number and get a person to handle my problem.
