Last longer than the ResMed ones, and cheaper. The flapper valves don't work as well after a while. I get 2-3 months out of these before they get too bad.

I had significant masks leaks with this replacement elbow. Because it only swivels side to side. It does not move up and down like OEM. Which cause the mask to not stay sealed against face.

I got these when the elbow join on my Philips Dreamstation 2 EPAP machine broke and they worked perfectly.

Bought March 28th. It’s June 22 and it is already leaking. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service through the seller on Amazon and no way to get refund or return. Do not purchase.

Fits resmed airfoil f20 like a champ.

Cheap, but... cheap. They leak 10 times as much air as ResMed's factory ones do. The leak is loud. I tried tying a cloth around the connection but it doesn't help much. The clips wear out and it starts falling off the mask.
