Is there an option to keep the audio on or is it only audio detection? My little one doesn't always wake up crying so having constant audio is a must

it does have constant audio. the audio detection is for the screen (the video monitor i guess) but there’s also an option to have the video feed be constant and not just with audio detection

The video quality is ok, but i get only noise through the audio.. is my item faulty, or do i just need to accept it for what it is?

I'm guessing you mean like white noise and not the actual sounds from the baby's room? The sound on mine is actually really good just very delayed. I've just been dealing with it since the video is really clear and in the end I can hear my son, just a few seconds after I should. Sounds like yours is faulty

Can you add additional cameras? If so how many? Looking for a monitor / system that allows for three cameras for one monitor.
