the covering stays on,
The exterior tape sticks to the skin and holds bandage in place. The pad is a bit sticky but not too much after addingmedicine for healing bed sores. I have had a problem getting methflex that is not sticky and tried several other covering for bed sores. This one works. I like the 2x5 and 3x3. Even if I have to use two 3x3. and I like the value for 10 bandages.

Great.
Theses were great. Worked perfectly for what i. needed them for . Hospitals should use these instead of what they use. I bought lots and lots of them over the years.

Good bandages
Love these bandages for pressure sores. They stay on better than any I've ever used. This is about my 4th time to order

A nice bandage for wounds
I got these bandages after a stay in the hospital. I had used the ones that they gave me to take home but they were also too big for the area where I needed to put them. These were closer to the size that I needed so I decided to try them. The absorption is great, and the pad density is comfortable. There were 2 things that I had an issue with: The size was still too long to stay secure in the area that I needed to use them, and the adhesion is not as strong as I would like. The location that I needed to put them moves a lot, so the bandage came loose the second day. (The box says that they stay secure for 'several' days). They are still good to use in other locations and so I am glad that I got them. But I will also be looking for something smaller for the primary area for which I bought them.

Protects my Mother's spine.
I would share a picture but my Mom is rather camera shy. 🙂 I have been her caregiver for many years and along the way she has lost a lot of weight. She spends her time in her comfy living room chair, her wheel chair or her bed. No amount of comfortable pillows or linen will keep from rubbing on her spine, making it a very sore spot and it hurts to the touch. The hospital here put a similar dressing on her back and it made a huge difference. So I found these and I figured I'd give them a try. They work great! You have to make sure that wherever you put down the sticky part of the dressing is DRY. That means no steam from a shower, no lotion, no ointment, and whoever is putting the dressing on you must have dry hands. It has a good amount of cushion and it stays on my Mom's back nicely during bed baths. She also has her showers once or twice a week. The dressing does not hurt her skin when we have to peel it off. It works perfect for our situation. If your story is similar I would recommend giving these a try.

Just what the doctor ordered...
My wife had a long scratch on her collar bone area and these Silicone Foam Dressings worked perfectly. The absorbent pad is a bit sticky so we cut two gauze pads to the same length and width. She was able to shower without worrying the dressing would come off. This is a great product for longer wounds.
