This chair was a great value. Easy to assemble, stylish design with comfortable cushions. Purchased as an accent chair for a spare bedroom but could easily be used in a family room. Probably would not withstand a child jumping on it but normal use would be fine. A couple of the screw covers keep popping out but I just haven’t taken the time to secure them with some double sided foam or something like that. Definitely recommend.

This chair is exactly as pictured, it arrived pretty quickly. I assembled this chair myself, it took me about one hour. The Allen wrench was included. The step-by-step directions are very clear and easy to understand. The wood arms and legs are very sturdy and seem to be good quality. The front of the chair is only 10 inches up from the floor, so it sits a little bit lower than my sofa. The fabric is nice and the stitching on all the seams is good. There’s also Velcro on the underside of the cushion and the chair so that the cushion does not slide off.

This chair is a bit low to the floor making it more difficult for an elderly person to get out of the seat. The padding in the seat and back is adequate and is durable. One other issue is the assemble. It is a real chore to get all the bolt holes lined up for the seat and back even if the bolts are left a bit loose as suggested. There should be some locating pins in the seats and backs to facilitate this assembly. The chair is quite sturdy and easily supports my larger size. Also the directions could be a bit clearer in that the seat and back can be installed 180 degrees from what they should be also back to front . Some directional arrows on the seat and back would alleviate this problem. I have assembled many pieces of furniture in my life and this one is a little harder than most. However, the resulting chair is very sturdy and nice looking.

Amazing quality looks expensive super comfortable

I was very excited about this chair until I started putting it together. 1. The manufacturer labeled the parts wrong which caused me to put it together backwards. 2. Reached out to customer service, sent pictures, they saw it was backwards and they helped me fixed the problem. I told them it was labeled wrong and I was simply following the instructions. 3. I finally got the chair put together right, THEN the corks didn’t all fit properly in the holes. Some didn’t fit they stick out, one sunk completely too far in that I can’t get out, and some fit. 4. I reached out to customer service AGAIN and they said the corks are all the same size. I told them either the holes or the corks are not the same size because of blah blah blah, and I sent pictures. 5. They offered me $10 to go buy some corks instead of sending me some more like I asked. That really pissed me off. They should have sent me more corks or offered a replacement. Not $10 to go buy some corks. Even with me saying I like the chair and if you can please send me some more corks because clearly by the pictures either the holes or corks are not the same size. 6. Then the offered me $15 for my troubles. The chair is cute, but I ended up tossing it after all the back and forth. They offered to send me a replacement after I asked, but I had to send the other chair back (which I understand), but it wasn’t worth the hassle after already dealing with putting the chair together wrong because they labeled it wrong. The corks don’t all fit in the holes. Bad experience with this company and not worth getting another one from them.

A good purchase. Sturdy. Easy assembly.attractive. Matches/ blends with other furnishings in the area. I am a 6’ 1” man over 200 lbs. The cushions came in a vacuum packed bag. While the bottom cushion resumed its intended dimensions, the back cushion remains partially collapsed. (Bottom 2/3 expanded while the top third is still just as squished as if it is still under vacuum.). Since the cover has a convenient zipper, I removed that cushion and replaced it with a new foam I had on hand.

I bought three chairs for my living room for ~$115 each. All are functional, the wood seems solid, and the chairs are easy to assemble if you follow the guidebook to ensure you know which screw length goes where. I am marking 3 stars for the following reasons: 1) The back of one of the chairs was written on in large letters with grease pen 2) One of the back cushions arrived with two noticeable black marks on it on the surface that faces outward 3) All of the seat cushions have springs in addition to high-density foam that were not advertised. That matters for one of my chairs, because the springs are nearer the top of the cushion rather than the bottom, which makes the chair less comfortable to sit in. 4) Two of the three chairs slightly wobble. The chairs themselves have strong internal integrity, but the assembly holes were drilled such that the feet are not even. 5) The wood on all three chairs has some patches that were not sanded smooth 6) Two of the chairs have small flecks where the stain/whatever sealant the manufacturer sprayed on the wood 7) There are a few places on all chairs where there is some kind of sealant or glue is visible 8) On an arm of one of the chairs, the two components pieces of wood are not seamlessly nested Also, I am not marking off stars for this, because this could just be me, but the chair thus far leaves my back slightly sore. I quit using the lumbar support pillow, which helped, but the slight pain is enough that I find the office furniture at work amazingly comfortable now.

Before buying this chair I made sure to read the reviews and most of the negative ones complained about having the wrong screws, the pieces were wrong, the back was exposed and not actually fabric with a tag in the middle, etc etc. This obviously worried me so I shopped around my city and found a similar chair for 400$ and it wasn’t even that comfortable. I decided to take my chances and I’m so glad I did! This chair is so comfortable and looks so nice, the cushion is nice and squishy where you can sink right in and it’s the perfect size for me. The fabric is actually really nice and everything has zippers so that you can wash it, and the inside of the cushions have different types of layered stuffing and foam :). I was holding my breath as I built it waiting for something to go wrong, but after each finished step I realized the mistake previous buyers must have made in the construction: -About the back being unfinished, this is because they probably used the bottom as the back and vice versa, make sure the back rest is the one with the nice fabric! -OPEN THE CUSHIONS LAST, and I mean like when you have finished absolutely everything, just in case you DO have missing pieces or something goes wrong, make sure you don’t tear open the vacuum sealed packages right away, if you do there’s no way you’re gonna be able to pack it back up to return it -About the screws being the wrong size, during shipping the frame is screwed in to a piece of wood to keep it secure, these screws are slightly longer than the ones included in the separate box of screws and things. THROW THEM OUT!! YOU DONT NEED THEM!!! If you use these, the plastic screw covers won’t fit in flush with the chair and will look off. If you need to flatten the screw covers more, use a mallet or smooth rock with a cloth over it (to not damage the wood) to hammer them flat. Hope this didn’t come across as too much like an ad, I just really liked this chair and don’t want anyone to be afraid of buying it

El producto venía bien empacado, sin maltratar. Traía su instructivo y kit de armado. Cuando intente armarlo, fue sencillo, solo tuve un detalle: los tornillos no eran los adecuados y tuve que conseguirlos por mi cuenta. No conseguí similares y por ende no le quedaron las cubiertas plasticas. En general el producto es muy bueno, esta comodo y se ve de buena calidad. Tengo pensado comprar otro más para mi casa.

Very sturdy comfortable chair. Easy to put together, handsome wood arms, comfy seat and back cushions, beige color. Comes with bolster cushion. Great price, highly recommended.

Fueron fáciles de armar sólo revisa bien que los laterales estén correctamente y los tornillos de la barra central entren fácilmente, sino cambia de lado, los tornillos tienen que entrar fácil y quedar de forma interna (foto) sin esfuerzo (No los aprietes hasta que quede armado totalmente) las fundas se pueden quitar y meter a la lavadora. Son muy bajos para mi gusto los regresaría por ese motivo pero la prueba fue una persona de 1.70m que pesa 80kg que le pareció cómodo y adecuado. Son resistentes y no se sientes flojos además que se ven muy bonitos.

Very sturdy, good quality, and very comfortable. Wish I had more space or I would have bought 2!
