It is defective and leaked

Less than a year after installing it, it is not working. It produce very weak to no water stream.

I love having a bidet. I hate the one I choose to buy. I've spent way too much time on the bathroom floor dealing with leaks and annoyance. Installing it was not easy. The hot water attachment needs to connect to the sink. I didn't realize how hard that would be in my bathroom. I ended up connecting the hot and cold water hose to cold. I would be fine with this except for the leaks. One of the pieces of hardware that came with it broke. It popped off hours after everything seemed to be working fine. Thankfully I was home so I turned off the water before the bathroom flooded. I got that set back with different hardware. Now I'm having trouble with the hot and cold water hoses leaking. Might have to make another trip to Lowes for more hardware. Do yourself a favor and buy a different model. This thing might end up in the trash.

Warning. this is USA pipe fittings not UK fittings - so do double check first if you wish to fit in UK and ensure it is the UK fittings. I did not see or appreciate this. I am trying to return the item but that is not easy as USA sold the product.
