Is the oregano oil an essential oil or diluted? Is it safe to directly apply to gums or teeth or need to dilute it first?

It's diluted with olive oil, but it may be a bit strong to you still.

How many days in a row can this supplement be taken for? Some websites say only 10-14 days. Is that true for this product?

I have taken Oil of Oreaganoil for 10+ year now, every day, extra strength, 6 drops a day, when sick or getting sick 10-12 drops. I 1st started using it when I had a horrible Staph infection that antibiotic couldn't even get rid of. 3 weeks taking my oreganoil, staph gone, docs could not believe it. Its my number one go to to stay from getting any infection. Now my wife takes it, My Dad, My mom, My Daughter and they use it at different strengths, so you kind to have to start out slow say 2-2 drops a day to find your tolerance to it.

Can I store this oil of oregano in a refrigerator?

Certainly you can keep it room temp or in the refrigerator. I use it at room temperature.
