We've got into the habit of our dog being given one of these chews when he comes back from his walk. I swear he now only goes out on the assumption he'll get one...

My dog has had goat strips before but a different brand. When I couldn't get our usual ones I ordered these to try. We've had Bella and Duke treats before though and always found them very good quality. These were no exception being 100% natural, with no additives. You get five strips in the bag, each approximately five inches long. They're not the most pleasant smelling things but it's not too strong a smell and my dog doesn't seem to care one bit. In fact she couldn't wait to get one as soon as I opened the bag. In terms of flavour, well she was very keen and ate it pretty quick so it must taste good (not tried it personally so trusting my dog on this). It didn't last my labrador long at all but would probably last much longer with a smaller, and not so greedy dog. You could always cut them in half for a smaller dog to last longer too. Or cut into pieces to take out as a higher value reward for recall etc. They're also good for dogs like mine with allergies as being 100% goat and also what the vet calls a novel protein source, ie. Not chicken, beef, turkey or anything else that is a really common ingredient in dog foods, I can be sure there's nothing in them that will cause a flare up. (Her ears get completely full of black gunky stuff which isn't nice at all) Overall these goat strip treats are great and I would buy them again. My only negative point is that they are slightly more expensive than my regular ones. If they were the same price I would actually switch to these ones every time as my dog seems to prefer these. While I'm having to watch the pennies though, these will be good for an occasional treat.

My puppy loves all the Bella & Duke natural chews but he's not keen on these. They don't look overly exciting & they smell a bit. Quite small and tough, would possibly be suited more towards an adult dog.
