Why the front plate is lacquer coated? Is getting scraped in 3 months

As long as you follow the cleaning guidelines supplied with the products, of using only a soft dry cloth, then the finish should not deteriorate. If you have used cleaning products on the front plate then this will remove the lacquer.

Are the product dimensions wrong? They don't seem at all right: 17.3 x 11.4 x 2.8 cm

I make the dimensions 8.5 cm W x 8.5 H x 2 cm D. These are based on the product still in its packaging, so the depth may be out (e.g. could be 1.8 cm).
