Bought these to go on my sofas due to having a slightly incontinent dog. They fit over the top of the cushions, underneath the throws I have for ease of cleaning. They wash well and are 100% absorbent - nothing got through to the cushions underneath. They are not stretchy - don't think they were ever meant to be. There are white cotton 'wings' for a better word on each end which would tuck in under the mattress to secure. Very good value for money, would definitely recommend.

I didn't realise quite how good the sheet was until the night I didn't use it! I care for a person who is heavily incontinent and even with the sheet the mattress still gets a bit wet. The night I didn't use it I discovered how good a job it had been doing! If you need this for light incontinence or occasional spills I am sure it would be highly effective. I won't be leaving it off the bed again that's for sure!

Brilliant sheet, fits my sons 3/4 bed very well, washes and dries quickly and is totally waterproof. I bought 2 of these around the same time, different brands; this one and one with a cream terry top. They have both had the same amount of wear but the terry one has started to leak, this one however is brilliant so its worth paying the extra few pounds!

I was disappointed when this item arrived as it seemed really heavy and unyielding. It was for taking away on holiday with an elderly relative and I was concerned about putting this bulky item in a suitcase, on a plane. BUT the instructions tell you to wash, then tumble dry the item before use, to activate its absorbency fully. I did this and ended up with a nice soft product which folded easily and took up less room in my suitcase. It is a good size for a double bed, soft to sleep on and the wings keep it nice and tight on the bed. I plan to buy another one, for my relative to use them on his bed, instead of bed pads which can get rucked up during the night. Definitely a 5 star buy.

I got these for my mum when my dad became ill. They worked perfectly and saved her so much time as they can just go in the washing machine and meant she didn't have to change all the bedding if he had an accident. They were so good I had to order extras for her friend whose husband was bedridden
