Great composition, great price and great effects from supplementing with this product brand. All the ingredients are derived from plant food sources, so as a vegan I'm happy. This product gives you optimum levels of the B Complex group and is in veggie caps and not tablets so no fillers or binding agents are in it. Contains Niacin and not the niacinamide which is a tick in the box as far as I'm concerned. Another bonus is the B12 in the product is not the synthetic Cyanocobalamin so I'm well chuffed. This company knows how to put together an excellent B Complex formula and will defo order some more when my current lot is near finished.
