Great sinking pellets for Goldfish.
So far I have bought 4 packs of this product. The 1st pack seemed poor quality(pellet shape) as half of the pellets when fed didn't sink immediately, took a minute or two to go down the water surface. But as it was the only sinking pellet I dared to buy due to high recommendation, I bought more after the 1st package, and it was good, the pellet size was even and sank immediately and fish love it. Have now ordered 2 more packages and their quality has been great as well. 1st package was a fluke as it seems. They eat the pellets from the bottom of my sand filled tank and no problems.

Great quality food and small enough for the smallest of ...
Arrived promptly and is exactly what I wanted. Great quality food and small enough for the smallest of goldfish able to eat larger foods. 98% of pellets sink immediately with the 2% sinking relatively quickly. My fish love them. Well worth the money, will last a long time.

Love this food!
The orandas have to have sinking pellets and it made me sad hikari food was floating pellets. Then I found these guys. The food is so good and the orandas love it. I feed all my different types of fish hikari and now the orandas can have it too. One bag lasts ages even with five orandas! Love it!

Now 2 years I have been using these!
I bought these for the first time 2 year ago for my 2 baby pond fish as they were nice and small for them. They have been eating them ever since through the winter and the summer. Their colour is AMAZING and they have grown SOOO big with eating them! I even recommend them to my friend for her fancy fish and they have also thrived! 100% recommend them.

Created swim bladder issues in 2 fish
The first bag I had of this product was great, fish loved it. But this 2nd bag has given the fish buoyancy issues. I know its the food as I have two separate tanks, goldfish in both. I've fed both the same food and two of the eight goldfish have had buoyancy issues. Since stopping the food the buoyancy problems has resolved. Such a shame as having sinking pellets was ideal.

Lasted forever
Nice small grained pellets, not too large. Sink so no air sucking. Resealable packet so stays fresher longer, cleaner & easier to use. Value for ยฃ as lasts a long time. Healthier fish due to contents of food. Canโt beat Hikari

Great food, My fish love it
My Goldfish absolutely love this food, however due to swimbladder issues with one of my fish I find it best to presoak the pellets for a couple a minute first to expel the air.

My goldfish seem to love this. Took them a minute to figure it out, but it's a great food and I'm seeing good health in them.

Excellent product. My fancy goldfish loved it! Pellets weren't too large for the fish and they cleaned them up every time they were fed.

The product is good, my goldfishes loves it and no more bubbly excretions can be seen in the aquarium. They have became more active and when they want the food they goes mad for it splashing water and my oranda started spitting water out of the aquarium which seems great, also the food is a little hard to chew so it is a worthwhile watching them chew it and also you can hear the sound of food being crunched, my small catfish can't gulp it as he/she is very small but it looks great watching him/her play football with the food. I highly recommend the food but I got the green packet of saki hikari instead of purple, so make sure to first know what you getting. The green one is for growth and under 15 days I can literally feel that my fishes are growing, except one of them who was becoming skinny as he was extremely active, but now he is of average figure. Make sure that your filter would be able to handle it as their appetite will increase very soon leading to more waste, do water changes based on that and I am not sure yet, whether the food is being disintegrated or not as Hikari claims. If you've liked my review make sure to hit the helpful button, I shared everything in my experience. Thank you
