Great gifts, contained fine chocolates..

Someone gave me a box for Christmas and they are wonderful. I located on Amazon and when I saw the price dropped to 9.99 I bought a box. A week later I bought another box for a back up. 🙃

Not worth the price
No better than Lindt or any iof the other higher branded chocolates

Terrible condition
I was shocked to receive these chocolates in such a terrible condition. I had these chocolates years ago and I loved them, I was so impressed then so i ordered them again. Thankfully I opened them because I was going to make little bags for valentines and I saw the terrible quality. It was a pain to get cusstomer assitamce, I had to call Amazon and they issue a refund but I was not easy to report the terrible badge that i received. I really hope they fix the issue. I think it is a storage temperature problem. I think this box is such a wonderful gift and the presentation is delightful, but they have to be more mindful of how they are handling this product.

THE BEAUTIFUL BOX SHOWN WAS NOT THE BOX RECEIVED. THIS ONE IS WHAT I HAVE PURCHASED FOR YEARS. THE LONG UGLY BOX 12 1/2 BY 4 1/2 IS SO HARD TO PACK TO MAIL TO FRIENDS. WHY DID YOU SHOW LAST YRS. Some boxes The chocolate was melted
Some of the chocolates were melted

I ordered 2 boxes of this candy because I love it ( one was a gift) and it was delivered all melted. It was outside for a few minutes and when I bought it in and opened it, you could see the chocolate was melted and running into the cellophane area. Sooo disappointed. It cannot be returned.
