Great little machine
This little washing machine is just what we needed while having a complete kitchen renovation. Although it can't do a big load, it washes the clothes really well. It's very hands on as you have to drain the machine after the short 15 minute wash, then you have to manually rinse the clothes. You then need to transfer the clothes over to the spinner, which by the way is very impressive! The clothes are almost dry after the spin cycle and it only takes 5 minutes! Be careful not to overload the spin dryer though, I have also found that if spin dryer is used too many times in one go, the spin dryer will stop working and you have to let it 'cool off' for half an hour or so, then it resumes working again. It can easily handle washing and spinning bigger items of clothing as long as you don't load too many in one go. This would be a perfect machine for single people or for camping, would absolutely recommend buying this machine. I have bought extra cover for this just in case it does break down, but I've been using it almost daily for the past 2 weeks and so far, so good. If I have any problems in the near future I will update this post.

Small but easy to use
Liked the colour of the unit and the fact that all moving parts are plastic. The controls are easy to use and are clockwork. The only things missing are a spinner rinse and a motor draining system which are included in a standard sized twin tub but one of these would be upwards of £350.00 so this machine is value for money I bought it to use while my front loader was been repaired (five weeks) it washed all that my front loader did but with the usual twin tub considerations. I use this machine in the bath so it can drain away easily. I found the best way to use this machine was to do all the washing first being careful to put a balanced load in (not all large items-put some socks and underwear in every load) and spin off the washing water each load. Drain the wash tank and refill with clean cold water to rinse the loads off before a final spin. The spinner is very good but again care with loading it evenly-fold the washing and load the spinner. The only problem with the spinner is that it does not take a full washtub load but the specs to tell you that before buying. Spinning for two minutes is sufficient to get rid of the water and three minutes is comparable with an 800 rpm spin to it is good enough for most people. All round I think this is a good little machine that does not take up much space.

THE MOST WORST WASHING MACHINE EVER !!!!
This is, without a doubt, the most worst washing machine ever!!!! Because both the inlet and outlet hoses are just far too short and not long enough, which has resulted in a lot of spilled water (when the very short + very stiff outlet hose kept slipping out of the 5-litre red Halfords plastic bucket which I use to wash my bike with) on the kitchen floor which I have had to mop up with at least 4 rolls of kitchen tissues, a lot of swearing and a lot of curses levelled at the stupid dumb people at Display4Top, because the stupid dumb people at Display4Top never thought to include any spare extension hoses which they should have done. So, in the end, I have had to buy two of this item (Europart Drain Outlet Hose and Hook, 4 m Length, 29 mm and 22 mm Fitting), which you can click on this link (to purchase them if you are that interested):- https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01B4LKJXG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Guess what? Both ends of the hoses do not even fit the outlet hose from the washing machine at all (another reason to hate the stupid dumb people at Display4Top), but I was still able to get one end of one of the hoses to fit into the outlet hose by shoehorning the end into the outlet hose which was a very tight fit (but very secure and very leakproof) and which seems to have worked finally at last. No more spilled water problem. I was this close to trashing the mini washing machine after using it only once and throwing it out. This would have been best avoided if the people at Display4Top had included one or two spare 5 m outlet hoses (preferably two) in the box, or a recommendation be included in the product description page for the mini washing machine that interested customers buy one or two Europart drain outlet hoses, like the ones I purchased, and which will then carry the used water into this drain outlet in the back garden, close to where the kitchen sink is on the other side of the wall. I just don't know what to do when winter comes as it will be freezing outside and I don't want to leave the kitchen door open in order to to carry the used water outside. What would improve things further, is if the people at Display4Top were to make one end of the outlet hose a screw-on fitting (standard size fitting, to fit extension hoses with standard fittings), one or two (preferably) extension outlet hoses included in the box, and these extension outlet hoses screwed onto the outlet hose with rubber o-rings to keep the water in and prevent any leaks. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM, I WOJLD MOST DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND IT - LOOK ELSEWHERE! Even though my spilled water problem has now been fixed for the time being, I am still giving the Display4Top mini washing machine only one star, and I still recommend that you look elsewhere for your washing needs. By the way, there's no preset programmes that you ususlly get with other washing machines, so you are the "computer", you decide when to wash, when to rinse and when to spin, and so on. So what I do, is to wash clothes (up to 3.6 kg) for 15 mins, drain until there's no more water coming out, then rinse for 15 mins (in the same tub that you washed your clothes in, but without adding any detergent as per the instruction manual), drain again, transfer the wet clothes over to the spin dryer and then spin dry for 5 minutes, spin dry for another 5 minutes if the clothes are still wet, then hang up to dry. But at least, the mini washing machine saves me having to wash my clothes by hand in a bucket again (because the old washing machine had broken down and was never quite fixed at all), like in the old days before there were washing machines, which used to take me hours.

a good quality and effective portable washing machine
Purchase as a stop-gap to wash all of our dog towels and bedding. The washer works well as long as it isn’t overloaded and the spinner is highly effective. It is well made but the mechanical dials and timers may not take too much abuse. If you need a travelling washing machine or a machine for occasional use where there is no direct water feed or drainage then it is recommended. Pros Fairly small and light and although I am not into caravan or camping holidays I cannot imagine a machine any smaller that would actually be useful. Well-made of tough plastics. Surprisingly effective at washing. We are impressed by the way in which it cleaned our very dirty and gritty dog towels. Very effective spin dryer. Good price for the effectiveness, size and quality. Cons For effective washing we found that it could only take four small bath towels and spinner could only manage two such towels at a time. This meant washing and drying fours towels took about 25 minutes which required 2 water fills (wash and rinse) and five drain cycles. Full wash and rinse would have taken this to about 35 minutes. It is quite noisy when washing. Rattles about a lot if you overfill the spin dryer. Can drain into buckets but a bit tricky as the outlet pipe is understandably at the base of the machine. Much easier if you can place it near a drain. Control timers are mechanical and are probably the bit that will break if you are not careful.

Portable and efficient small space washer
This unit is lightweight and compact and absolutely perfect for my small flat and washing needs. It's extremely easy to use. I put mine in the bath, fill the washing drum with the shower head and then drain directly into the bath plug. It washes really well and the spinner also leaves clothes almost touch dry after only a short cycle. I put the unit on a KwH meter and did a full 15 min wash and then 2 min spin (double bedsheet and handful of small clothes) and it reported 0.03kwh useage. So pretty efficient too. I plan to run shift this to a small solar system I'm building in my new flat and also a primary reason I purchased this. I'm extremely pleased with this unit and even though it's not as fire and forget as a standard machine due to the fact you have to fill, drain and rinse manually. It is really not that onerous at all. 2023 Update. Its still going strong, two to three loads per week. Thumbs up.

Portable washing machine
Ordered this for my flat as not enough space for a conventional machine. Whilst I find the machine and spin cycle excellent. The water inlet/draining hose are cheap and flimsy and I don’t expect them to last very long. The inlet hose only just fits my standard taps and doesn’t stay on the inlet housing , so I ended up putting the hose straight into the drum. The drainage hose is very short and drainage is not done by pumping but by gravity( have to put in the floor) luckily I have a wet room and was able to put it directly on the floor , otherwise it means bailing the machine out. It would probably be okay in a caravan and you could put the drainage pipe out the door. Hoses on this device really let it down as they are such poor quality , unlike the quality of the machine itself which is good and the spin cycle is as good as a regular machine.

Great replacement for hand washing
Great little machine! I've had it for a few months now and use it nearly every day. Usually many times a day. My old washing machine quit on me and I couldn't afford to replace it right away so I got this. It washes significantly better than my regular household washer did! Very impressed! The only downsides are that it's a small capacity and the spin is basically useless, but that's to be expected in this type of thing. I can do most of my laundry in this thing. I've even washed my bedding in it multiple times. You can't fit a duvet in it, but you can fit a double size fitted sheet or a double size duvet cover. Separately of course. I have even washed a fleece throw blanket in it (120x150 cm). It fits, but just barely. If you had something that size that was particularly dirty you would need to find another way to wash it, but if you're desperate and it only needs freshening it will work. I have washed size 20 thin skinny jeans and size 10 regular thick jeans in this without an issue. Size 20 thick jeans would struggle though. It's just too heavy for the machine. The machine can wash xl thick hoodie without an issue, but it does struggle when the big, thick goodies have heavy duty zippers etc. Mostly because the hardware on the hoodie scratches up the plastic on the bottom. The machine can cope just fine with the weight of the wet fabric and water, but clothes with heavy hardware is too hard on the machine. I had a metal clasp on a hoodie string come loose during washing and get stuck under the plastic plate for the spinning mechanism, preventing it from spinning properly and making a terrible noise. It was easy to take out the hoodie and water, dry the machine thoroughly, removing the plastic plate, and take out the offending metal clasp. It then worked perfectly again. I would strongly advise not to was clothes with heavy hardware in this machine though. In terms of spinning, it is very similar to putting your wet clothes into a salad spinner. The upside is that you don't have to manually spin like you would with a salad spinner. The downside is that you still have to hand wring your clothes (or find another solution). Again, that's to be expected with this type of machine. You won't find any other similar machine with a better spin function. You'll either have to spend more money for a bigger, higher quality machine with a stainless steel basket, get a separate machine strictly for spinning, hand wring your clothes, or allow to drop dry while still very wet. The side by side machines that take up twice the space, have one side dedicated to spinning, and cost nearly double sometimes have a better spinner, but not always. Plan to buy this strictly for the washing function. If you have mobility issues in your hands that prevent you from wringing out your laundry, you can use the spin on this machine and then hang your clothes up to dry, but be sure you put a towel on the floor and point a fan at the airing wrack. If you don't do these things you will have a wet floor (laundry doesn't drop a ton, but it does drip some) and your clothes will take so long to dry you risk getting issues with mildew. I know from experience. All in all it's a great little machine considering cost, space saving, and effectiveness of cleaning. Would recommend, providing you are aware of and prepared for the fact that spinning does not compare to a standard home washer. Some reviews express surprise at how much water is used. That's why it gets your clothes so much cleaner than a normal household washer. Most home washers don't use anywhere near enough water to properly clean clothes. The most effecient way to use this machine (for time, water saving, and detergent saving) is to fill it with hot soapy water, send a few thing through the wash (if the water looks clean it is clean, set wet clothes aside while you wash more) and when the water looks dirty drain the water. Then fill it up with clear water, squeeze as much water out of your laundry as possible, then send things through the rinse a few things at a time. Once out of the rinse, wring out and hang to dry. You can then add some detergent to the rinse water and use it to wash the next batch of laundry in the same fashion. Doing it that way makes this machine far more environmentally friendly than a standard washer. It uses far less water and detergent than a standard washer, while getting your clothes cleaner. Win win. You need to think of it as a replacement for hand washing rather than a replacement for your normal machine. Modern washing machines don't use anywhere near enough water to properly clean your clothes and then waste the water they do use by sending it down the drain prematurely. This is far superior in terms of cleanliness and environmental footprint. Oh, one last thing: it helps to attach a stocking, nylons or thin sock to the drainage hose with a rubber band and wipe out the inside after use. There is no built in lint trap and, while it does produce less lint than a standard washer, there is always some amount of lint when you wash clothes. Having a sock attached to the hose prevents lint from going down your drain and clogging pipes and wiping down the interior prevents any tiny bits of lint that didn't make it down the hose from getting on the next load of laundry. I wipe mine out after roughly 6 loads of laundry sent through both wash and rinse cycles. Any more than that is overkill.

Great little machine!
Moving home in the middle of a pandemic was always going to be different, and so it proved. Having to spend a couple of months in our caravan in between selling and buying was the only way of doing it and so the issue of clothes washing arose. This machine was selected as the reviews seemed good and the cost was reasonable. We have used it for washing our underwear, socks, shirts and trousers and it has outperformed our expectations. It fits perfectly in the shower cubicle (although we had to get a rubber shower mat to stop it moving around) so can be filled with the shower hose and empties straight down the shower drain hole. It copes admirably with the clothes although care is needed in arranging heavier items such as jeans to ensure an even spin. We tend to fill the wash tub with clothes, hot water and liquid detergent and allow to soak for a bit, perform the 15 minute wash cycle, drain, spin, wash again with only water as a rinse and then spin again. This little machine works much better than we could have hoped and has saved us so much time!
