Bad packaging
I’m shocked at the lack of appropriate packaging! The biscuits are great but sadly packaged so badly without any protective bubbles, that they have arrived broken on several occasions. On top of that delivery people throw the package on the porch so imagine the crumbs and broken pieces we receive!

Delicious but all Broken
The biscuits are very good. Crispy and just the right snap and taste. The problem was the packaging. They were shipped in a large envelope/bag. As such almost all were cracked or broken. I cannot recommend them due to this. .

DO NOT BUY FROM CLOUD-KART INC.
I've ordered this product before and it was delivered well-packaged in a box as pictured. The order from CLOUD-KART INC. comprised of loose bundles of biscuits in a regular shipping envelope! NO BOX! The product sent to me has no markings, hence the expiration date is missing. Obviously, this goes straight in the garbage since this seller will not accept returns. Awful experience.

No so good,
The box was opened and the packaging was torn. When I opened the packaging a bunch of crumbs fell out and the box was torn already. The unopened cookies were fine

These cookies are not the same cookie I bought years ago, they are much much thinner, still taste good, still able to dunk in tea or coffee.
