HiThanks for your question.I can confirm that the smallest size this costume comes in is a Medium which has the following measurements Chest 40"-42" (102cm-107cm) Waist 36" (elasticated 91cm).As i have indicated above the waist on this costume is elasticated which means you could adjust the waist with a little needle work. What is the size for XL?

Hi - the XL is chest size 44-46", the measurement is for the cape to sit on the shoulders, the skirt waist is elasticated so there is quite a wide range of fit on this. Regards Alter Ego Fancy Dress

Which is the smallest size?

Not a question I can honestly answer as I bought the largest offering being 6' 3" and a 46" chest. Have you checked the size charts they often have with the online item? I would guess that this is for boys rather than adult size but better to check with the seller
