Just based off receiving and weighing the product. Does not weigh 50 pounds even with the box. This may not seem like much, but added up over time it will amount to a lot. Please correct this or I will not continue to order your product.

Best Investment for Resin Models and Exceptional Customer Service
I obtained the smoothest, porosity free casting from resin using this investment EVER! The customer service was exceptional! My first cast was not so good, the response from Certus was almost immediate and completely corrected the issue.
