Ideal for beginners and beyond
Grippy on top and underneath so step off to move on carpet. Rest on edge to adjust your feet/foot so equally balanced. Quite larg, light with handles and easier/ safer than others as not slippy or twitchy

Great wobble/balance ball
Really good! Not huge so easy to store and tbh more challenging than my gym’s wobble/balance ball! Comes with sets of exercises so even beginners can start right away. Great for working out with weights and hula-hooping!

Simple to use, really works your core, and legs. You feel it. Also quiet so can watch TV, or listen to music while using it

Perfekt
