By far, my favorite new way to make iced coffee. Quick, painless, preserves the integrity of the coffee without watering it down. The only thing that could make it better is if it came in a larger size. I live alone, so it’s the perfect size for me to use with my large travel mug in the morning on the way out the door. Might be a challenge for multiple people, or work from home dwellers.P.S. don’t be a dummy like me and think you can set it up without reading the instructions. While not overly complicated, it has a series of different chambers that need to be filled with water in a certain sequence. I thought I could wing it. I was wrong. Once I read the directions and assembled and froze the chambers correctly, it was great. The third times the charm 😹The PROS:Simple. Nothing really complicated - see my assembly caveats aboveDoesn’t alter or water down the taste of the coffee.Fills a 20 oz travel mug within 2 ‘fill cycles’ - 2 minutesCleans up easily. I haven’t had to refill the chambers yet and I’ve used it several weeksGreat value for the price!No large ‘coffee makers’ sitting on countertops taking up space.CONS:I freeze cycle yields approx 18 - 20 oz of iced coffee. I’m not certain how long it takes to refreeze/recover so that it can be used again. If you need more volume, or are making multiple drinks over a few short hours, you may need more chillersTakes up space in the freezer and must stand upright. Not too much of a problem for one chiller, might be a challenge with more depending on the size of your freezerClean up is simple, but if using for coffee, I’m not certain if it traps ‘tastes’ with the simple clean up, to then use for something like white wine. I don’t use it that way so it’s not an issue for me. But test it if you want it multi-functional.For the price, if you really like iced coffee, give it a shot. It’s really pretty ingenious and effective for something so simple. I may grab an extra just to have on hand for a guest, or if I want multiple drinks close together on my day off.

This product is incredible! My spouse is not a fan of hot coffee, however likes the instant jolt from drinking coffee in the morning. This presents an obvious issue; how to cool coffee quickly, without using ice, which will immediately melt and dilute the drink. In comes this hyperchiller and it has completely solved the issue! No more waiting 20+ minutes for the coffee to cool! You simply pour hot coffee inside, and it chills it within minutes!! It's very easy to use, reuse, and clean, and definitely worth the money. No need for any special iced coffee maker, this product can simple cool down your coffee instantly, or completely chill it for a quick iced coffee!

This product rocks. It’s perfect for making iced coffee or an iced cocktail without watering anything down. The only complaint is sometimes it cracks easily from the defrosting / refreezing. But for the price, I just keep reordering no problem haha

Bought this for a gift for my daughters fiance he will only drink cold coffee. He doesn't like coffee but his heart doctor says he has to drink it so he drinks ir cold and says this works great and has a manly look and keeps everything really cold.

I loved this product but the plastic outer cup cracked after just a month of use. No longer usable!

Absolutely LOVE! It has made having iced coffee so much easier and without the taste of it being watered down! Works quick, Easy to Clean and even easier to use! Love that it csn just sit in the freezer ready to use whenever and just a quick rinse after use and back to the freezer it goes. Highly recommended to any coffee lovers!!

good concept , but mine broke in the freezer after 6 months.

For being such an ice coffee lover this is so perfect easy to clean and put together and seriously works instantly. Hot liquid goes is swirl around pour over ice and it’s perfect!! A must in our house

After seeing this on TikTok, I had it on my wishlist for awhile. Finally pulled the trigger on Prime Day, and I'm glad I did! Is relatively easy to use, and chills my coffees in a matter of minutes without watering them down. My only heads up would be not to pour the coffee too quick into it, otherwise, it'll overflow (it happened to me); give it time to drip and keep swirling it so it doesn't freeze (also happened to me lol).

Purchased this to make iced coffees at home. We usually brew Nespresso coffee (230ml or 7.77oz) cup, let cool a few minutes and then pour into the Hyperchiller. It does advertise that the coffee and be brewed directly into the cup, however, we have not tried this as several other reviews have mentioned a problem with cracking. The coffee gets poured into the chamber from the top. Works best to swirl around a bit and cools within minutes. We give it a rinse and wipe dry and pop it back into the freezer till next time.It was a gift purchase - not sure if I would usually justify spending this amount on a cup. It does speed up the chilling process and eliminates watered down coffee.We have been using this cup for 2 months without any cracking issues. It is also great for chilling other beverages, although pop is not as fizzy after pouring into this cup and then back into another cup for drinking.

El primero que tube lo devolvi por que se abria la rosca de la tapa dentro del congelador y lo devolvi, lo volví a comprar y va estupendo.Enfria las bebidas en 1 minuto, lo compre para el café frio ya que al echarle el hielo acababa derritiendo, muy contenta, lo recomiendo.

For the money it doesn't work that well..coffee was definitely cooled but not chilled..Still tepid after over a minute in it..pointless
