Celestron 93781 Illuminated RACI Finder Scope, Black

This finder is much better than I expected, particularly compared to all the junk that's currently on the market. I was pleased to see that the scope is removable from the accompanying bracket as I needed to do this for my personal set-up.

Absolute bargain from the Warehouse. Makes finding objects so much easier, and is really easy to fit on the telescope the sightingsope Celestron provide is an embarrassment

Great finderscope easy to fit

This morning I took delivery of the Celestron 93781 Illuminated RACI Finder Scope that I ordered a couple of days ago. Although I am quite new to visual astronomy, I have to say that this scope beats my red dot finder hands down and is easier on the back but is very poorly assembled and there are no instructions apart from a small piece of paper shewing how to insert the three batteries correctly. Alignment was impossible as the rubber 'O' ring was not correctly positioned, this also made focusing impossible as the whole scope would turn whilst trying to focus. In my case I decided that the scope had to be completely dis-assembled. Re-assembly with a lot more care than had originally been used was quite intuitive and once re-assembled worked as good as one would expect.

it does what it supposed to do very well

I’m sure the scope is great, however having just unpacked it to find it doesn’t include any extended screws (the standard ones for the red dot sight it replaces are too short) to fit it to my 6SE telescope is quite annoying to say the least!!

Had to return as half of it was missing

Cercatore di ottima qualità, immagini pulite e molto luminose. Si ha la possibilità di mettere a fuoco sia sulla lente primaria e sia sull'oculare. La diagonale è raddrizzata sia sopra-sotto che destra sinistra, il crocicchio è orientabile, peccato che venga fornito solo con supporto per SC e non per barra vixen. Bello robusto fa proprio una bella impressione. Una nota che devo fare è che non c'è uno straccio di istruzione nella scatola.

Muy cómodo

This finderscope is just so much easier to use than the red dot finder supplied with my scope. Well worth the investment.

Una mejora sustancial sobre el 6x30 original. La imágen es clara y nítida. Fácil de instalar y el retículo iluminado funciona bien. Buena construcción, es de metal... considerar que agregará peso.

Vraiment pratique de pouvoir viser à 90° avec un oculaire éclairé.
