Very strong durable chair, very nice quality and amazing for back support

Sturdy, comfortable, stable, looks good. My buttocks are definitely ok with this chair. Seat cushion is thick and plush, and feels like it will last. The back support is very nice, and soft. 8 screws to put it together - 4 for seat, and 4 for back cushion. But it's ok built. Don't smash into pavement, in anger - and it will last for a while. Good buy. I'll keep this. I don't much like swirly office leather chairs. They are bulky, and huge. This is great alternative. Easy throwaway, if it gets old or used too much.

Quality materials, packaged well. Some difficulty with assembly, lining up pre-drilled holes. Helpful to have 2 people to assemble. Comfortable and well-padded. Problem with tape from bubble wrap sticking to arm of one chair, which caused stuck-on residue.

I would never have considered buying seating online as I like to be able to test for quality and comfort. You cannot do that by looking at a picture. That being said , I needed to replace office chairs asap . Based on the reviews I went ahead and ordered these chairs and was pleasantly surprised.I I had no problems assembling the chairs. Not only were they attractive but I was impressed with both quality and comfort . I will be ordering more.

My friend needed chairs for company and since she is a senior citizen she needed one that was higher and had sturdy arms. These chairs are made for an office but she has them in her living room and everyone likes them and finds them to be very comfortable. Easy to clean, just wipe off. I would recommend them as they look nice too.

Excellent. Clear instructions. Probably easier with two people putting it together, but can be done solo. Well made. Very comfortable. One insignificant problem: four plastic screw caps to cover back attachment access ports are flimsy and ill-filling. One fell into hole when pressed into position and was not retrievable. Not really needed. Used round black stickers I had on hand instead, though open hole not aesthetic problem. DID NOT bother asking for replacement caps, so I can not comment on customer service.

I bought a total of four of these chairs (in two separate transactions) to replace some older chairs I had that were 14 years old and had seen better days. These chairs come disassembled which I wasn't expecting but they aren't difficult to assemble. All the parts were well packaged, all the parts were properly identified and included and they went together as just as the directions said they would. They even told me not to tighten everything before it's all together (and they were correct because it made it easy to assemble and balance properly). Once assembled these chairs turned out to be much better than I expected for the price I paid. They are rock solid, comfortable, attractive and easy to clean. As a bonus, they blend in to the decor of my office without having to change or add anything. I'm happy. It was money well spent.

I bought this chair for an upcoming surgery that restricted weight bearing on one leg so I would need to rely full length arms of the chair to lower myself and return to a standing position. The photos provided from the seller really didn't give a clear shot of the arm rests so it wasn'tuntil I assembled the chair that I realized the arms of the chair were not long enough to provide the support I needed them for. The seat of the chair was a bit shorter in height then the 32"height indicated so I found was too low for my intended use and I'm 5'4". It's also difficult to assemble as the screws were ressessed in the predrilled holes so difficult to see and and line up to screw into place. A second set of hands are essential during assembly. The chair is also a lot heavier and bulkier then I expected which made it harder for me to move the chair around. This might be a good thing for those who plan in leaving it in the same spot, I was hoping for a less heavy and bulky chair to move to various rooms as needed. The quality seemed good,and it was very sturdy, just not the impression I got from the photos and description and therefore not what I was expecting. If your looking for a heavy duty chair that you plan on keeping in one spot , that has short arm supports and a slightly low chair seat then this would work fine for you.

i had one of these chairs in the US and now i came to india and bought 2 more. I sat on this chair to study for my google interviews, and got the job. with this chair, you can focus entirely on your computer screen and not on your back or butt hurting.. its soft, but not too soft, sturdy, but not hard.. the positions at which it supports me is exactly where my body needs it.. god bless whoever took the time to design such a beautiful chair.. if you are in doubt, definitely buy this chair if you want to use it with a desk.. oh it rests my arms perfectly as i type too.. anyway, the summary is, this is a great chair! I hope they dont stop manufacturing it or change anything about it

I'm a young male that spends most of his day at the desk. This chair works for me. It's overpriced IMO, but I was pretty sick of using chairs that had their pistons give out, so I tried this one. Very happy with my decision, despite the price. Super comfortable. You might think that the lack of headrest or inability to move the chair, lean back, etc. would be uncomfortable. For me, that's not the case. This one is great. I believe the legs are slightly uneven when I tested on my hardwood floor, but using it on carpet, it feels perfectly even to me. Assembly was a pain at the end because getting the last screw into place was a challenge. It just didn't line up. But after loosening some screws, I could . Assembly would probably be a breeze with two people since one person could hold the chair perfectly in place while the other puts in the screws.
