Is this used in conjunction with or to replace moisturiser?

Hi there thank you for your question.You have to use it before moisturiser for best results. The molecules in a serum are much smaller than that of a moisturiser which is why they can penetrate the skin deeper and better.

Description says 50ml, picture shows 30ml. Which is it??
