Does the GripMatric cover collect pet hair on the floor like a velvety fabric would?

No, it does not the quality is well made.

Is the pillow squishy or firm? And could it be pushed out of the way easily by a fairly weak 94 year old as she gets up to use her walker?

It is firm enough to that is don’t go flat. Your feet will feel comfortable on it. At first I thought what a waste but I don’t regret getting it. To move it. I use it on carpet so mine can move easily. It does have grip on it for hard floor and may not be able to move easily. To rest your feet, to correct posture with knees and to rest achy joints on something soft. Yes I would buy it again!

Does fabric attract cat and dog fur
