Are the rubber bands holding the butt of the fishing rod durable enough?

There are backup rubber bands in the package.

how does it dry epoxy?

I spent a few extra bucks on a rod spinner/epoxy drier. Well worth it as it also make thread wrapping a lot easier. Keep an eye on your two rod halves during the 1st step so they stay line up while drying. Very satisfied with the repair kit.

tienen con sistema electrico 220 volt ?

yes，input voltage range is 110～220v.
