Good Cholesterol control
Good value, a few dollars cheaper than the local health store. I've been taking them for 25 yrs+ and my bad cholesterol is great for and old fat guy. My good cholesterol is low, but I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Great But Too Expensive
I was having a lot of stomach problems, and taking these has almost eliminated the problems. No more loose stool. They lose a star because the price has spiked up. I'm now buying a cheaper brand of the same product.

Consumption needed too high
The main problem with this form of soluble fibre is the quantity you have to take. If you follow the dosage the bottle empties pretty damn fast, which makes them an expensive purchase.
