A overly complicated item. Not the most practical way to stretch & support neck. Tried it once and never to be used again!

This item is completely dangerous! First time using it, the plastic buckle snapped resulting with a nasty cut on my nose!

I have no idea how this thing is supposed to go over my head. I've tried it every way possible and it just doesn't fit. And my head is not big I'm a 5'1" woman. Disappointed as it's well made, strong.

Stitching came apart within 5 minutes . The clasped pulled out and snapped .Very poorly made . Very disappointed .

A rubbish product as parts missing rendering it unusable and unable to return.

This thing is a crazy contraption that makes you feel you are about your KYS. But, in reality its very intense, I suggest using is VERY gently. But, if used with care. MAN this thing works. like only a few minutes and I felt relief. Wow! Neck has felt good for the past 2 days after using it after months of random stiffness.
