Different charging speed based on cable
My Samsung device gets Fast Charging when using USB-A but Super Fast Charging using USB-C. This should be better documented as I had to purchase a new cable but otherwise works as expected

Build quality on connector spring, bottom one, [updated] company replaced it after 6months
I bought it to use only while I am travelling as my car has built in charger, so used it occasionally, recently it stopped working and I can see the bottom connector is stuck, I tried to pull it back but no luck, Ugreen actually replaced it after 6 months, I think they deserve a 5star.

Unfortunately we started using the product after the return window, and it has stopped working after one use.

Charges quickly and efficiently, even when using both ports at the same time. Build quality feels solid and it fits snugly in the car socket. Works perfectly with USB-C fast charging. Very pleased with this purchase and great value for money.
