Faulty product
This doesn't work, all it says is update, no response from customer service, save yourself the money!

Great sound but digital display failed after 14 months - unreliable model
I'd love to rate this DAB radio higher but after 14 months, the digital display on my radio failed so can no longer see what station I'm tuned to. This is a problem as the DAB radio stations are not ordered alphabetically so I now can't find my favourite stations. Also disappointing that this happened 2 months after the 12 months warranty expired. Otherwise, the sound is great and it looks really good too. Note: did not purchase via Amazon but from Clifford James but can't post a review there and this review is on the radio itself, not the customer service of the supplier/retailer. UPDATE (Sept 2018): I've since had two more radios after the first one failed (Clifford James were very good and replaced it even though out of warranty). The second one stopped working within 6 months (kept saying it was updating) and I'm now on my third and within a week I've found it also doesn't always work (sometimes takes a lot of turning it off and on again to get it to work). Very frustrating.

Great Sound, easy to use.

Difficullt and complcated.
Very complicated and difficult to program. Can not set any particular 'station' in pre-sets. Have an older version of this radio 'Roberts Radio' which is very good.. But this version is just not the same. Can I exchange this for the older version?
