Will a beer bottle stand upright in this cooler?

Not in the 13Qt, but you can store them upright in the 19Qt. I have both! The 19 is not remarkably larger, but I use it when I need to pack for a longer day, or for other folks besides "just me".ToniBWO-NRG

Does it come with that accessories tray?

Yes, perfect for keys loose change also the tray doesn't really slide around that much at all either.

no bracket i know of, just use some bungee cords or little ratchet straps
