It showed the result. Don’t know if it’s legit
Okay. I don’t know if you can believe this test but it showed that I am lactose intolerant. Which might be true.

Easy to use
I ordered the Lactose Intolerance Test Strip because we have suspected that my son is lactose intolerant for awhile. I like the idea of an at-home kit because he has been to multiple doctors and had so many tests done without identifying the cause. The test came with instructions that were clear and easy to follow. The results show as one line if you are lactose intolerant, two lines if there is lactose activity meaning you are not lactose intolerant much like the results display for some pregnancy tests and covid tests. I did not have distilled water but used bottle water. I don't know if this affects the test but didn't want to have to buy a full jug of distilled water only to use a few drops of it. I really like the convenience of the at-home test and the ease of completing it, but I'm not sure I would recommend it as a substitute for a real diagnosis from the doctor. If it is just used as an indicator to convince someone to stop eating dairy products for a bit to see if symptoms improve, then it is probably fine.

The test kit works
A good product. Easy to use. Notes for run the test: 1. A small pipette is in the test card pouch. 2. Tap water works fine if you don’t have distilled water. 3. Test incubation time is longer than instructed 3 minutes in user manual. 30 minutes is a good call. Please see snap shot photos of test results at different time points. Suggest to revise user manual to correct typos and test waiting time.

Unsure of the results
We used this test on a 6 month old baby whom we suspect might be lactose intolerant. The test came back as negative so either the test is inaccurate, or our suspicions were wrong. So, it is hard to say the accuracy of this test. That said, it is very easy to administer the test. Results were easy to decipher. Very similar to a COVID test with the bars that show up. Anyway, I'm a little on the fence with this product.
