Setup was simple and overall it works well. I did notice some of the same issue others mentioned—the pieces are a bit wide for smaller cages. I was able to make it fit by adjusting and stretching things a bit, but it left the water at a slight angle. It still works, just not ideal unless you have a larger kennel. Other than that, the product is solid, easy to use, and my bunny seems to love it.

I have a very young bunny and we are still working on potty-training, so she is not fully free-roam yet. Thus, we have a cage for when we are out of the room. It's a decently sized cage, but we only felt there was room for the water bowl (see the video for the cage setup). One thing we didn't anticipate is that the piece that fits through the gate was too wide for our cage wires, so we had to use wire cutters to remove a section of the wire cage. I don't love that you can't lower it at all. It makes sense, but we have a flat-bottomed cage for her feet, so the water is pretty high up (another reason we didn't want to put the food one in - we didn't want her eating food standing up all the time). She doesn't mind putting her little front feet on the edge of the water bowl to get the water, and we put a little glass food bowl underneath it, so it fits perfectly in the corner of her cage. I just wish the food one could be of more use. Cleaning the water dish is a little difficult because of its shape, but it's not the end of the world (and it's definitely necessary, because this chica backwashes like crazy!). I wash it every 2 or 3 days and it could probably even use it more often than that. But it is good that she always has fresh water and cannot flip it over.

Great size for airline crate, i have big crate for 60lbs dog. I am planning to take it in the plane with my dog, for more than 24h trip, easy to install, works great, dog very quickly understood what this is for - great product overall. Seems sturdy and strong enough

water fits perfectly in a ferret nation but the food doesnt. had to cut it just to make it fit and even then it didn't fit quite right. great product quality for other cages! just didn't fit mine too well.

These containers work really well, but my chinchillas have chewed through the sides of the food container within a year, and have nibbled off the top bit of the water dish. Now it won’t keep food in it and will spill everywhere. If your animals don’t chew the sides off it works great. They don’t fit quite right in the sides of some cages depending on how big your cage bars are, and they were a bit big for my cage, but I was able to find a spot where I could bend the bars a bit around the dishes. They are easy to use as they can be accessed from the outside of the cage and this protects them from being chewed on. One thing I noticed was that pellet dust would get trapped in the bottom of the dish and you would have to take it all apart when the animals are out of food to clean it out because more pellets would pile on top of it and dust would build up. I would continue to use these if my chinchillas didn’t chew up the food dish to where it is no longer usable.

These work very well in our bunnies cage. Easy to clean, easy to assemble, durable material, and great price point. They hold quite a bit of food and water and don't need to be refilled daily.

Game changer! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I love this set for feeding and watering my rabbits! The only thing that we had to do is cut two of the wires on the cage to be able to fit it through the spokes. Otherwise it is such a better way to feed the rabbits. Now they can’t spill the bowl over like before when I had a loose bowl in their cage. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This food and water bowl set didn’t work well for our setup. We have a ferret with a Nation cage, and attaching these securely was a challenge. My husband had to improvise a way to make the food bowl usable, but it’s not ideal. Unfortunately, the water bottle didn’t work with the cage at all, so we had to purchase a different one. It might work better with other types of cages, but for a Nation cage, it wasn’t a good fit.

The cage clip doesn't make sense. The trough fits through the bars but the clip should be aligned to the side rather then the centre. Alternatively the clip should be horizontal instead of vertical to lock onto the horizontal bar. Also need to squeeze the bottle for the trough to refill.

Pratique et robuste

Don't you think it would be nice if you'd let the customer know flat out right off the start that these aren't returnable? And why are they not returnable, exactly? They're plastic pieces in a box. They aren't opened pet food. They took forever to get here, and once they did - I see they will not fit our ferret's cage. I tried to return them, and it tells me I can't. There is absolutely no reason why these shouldn't be returnable if they don't work for the customer. I have been in retail for over 20 years myself and deal with returns everyday. If something doesn't work for a customer, you should just accept the return, no questions asked. This was a waste of my hard earned money. You make it seem like these will fit ANY cage, like they're universal fit. They ARE NOT. The cage these would fit would NEVER keep a ferret in, they'd squeeze through openings that big! Stop lying, stop making crap, and be HONEST from the beginning. SO unprofessional!
