I have no cartilage left in my right knee due to numerous injuries from sports and army training. The fourth surgery I had in 2013, the doc removed some of my hamstring to replace the cartilage. These capsules will not make cartilage grow back but will hopefully repair whats left in there. It's providing relief atm. I'd rather take these instead of pain killers. It's a shame they only have a 60 capsules supply at a high price but it is worth getting.

Wasn’t sure this would help my old knees, but been taking for 4 wks now and I do think it’s helping the pain, definitely able to move more freely. Also like the fact they are easy to swallow

Purchased this UC-II collagen supplement as part of my routine for joint support. The capsules are easy to take and the bottle size is convenient for daily use. As with most supplements it’s difficult to directly measure the effects, but the product appears good quality and exactly as described. Overall a solid option if you’re looking to add UC-II collagen to your supplement routine.

I purchased these for my Bullmastiff dog that has had some cruciate issues from a young age. It's still early days but I am seeing a subtle improvement in terms of his load bearing with his weak leg. I am aware that there has been research conducted in terms of this supplement which showed a 20 % improvement in load bearing in terms of dogs with joint issues. This seems to be the most effective supplement I have tried so far.
