Spilled shampoo
I was really disappointed when I received this bottle. The pump was half open, and as a result, a large amount of shampoo had spilled inside the packaging. The bottle was sticky, messy, and I had to clean everything before even using it. Itโs frustrating to lose so much product right from the start, especially since this is a value pack. The shampoo itself might be good, but the poor packaging and lack of proper sealing made the experience very unpleasant. I hope the manufacturer improves the way the pump is secured during shipping.
