K9 Immunity Plus - Potent Immune Booster for Dogs Over 70 Pounds - 90 Soft Chews

Our corgi was diagnosed with aggressive stage 3 high grade mast cell cancer last August, 2018 at the age of 4. Vet gave him 6 months, mayyybe 1 year with chemo. I read the ‘Dog Cancer Survival Guide’ book, and found out about these chews. I ordered them immediately. We did one round of iv chemo starting last August and ending in November. Our corgi got 4 chews a day while on chemo, and 2 chews every single day since then. He has always acted happy and playful through all of this. They do have a strong smell, but he eats them right down with a little dab of peanut butter on them. Fast forward to a couple days ago, August 2019. We had him scanned because he was acting a little ill, we feared the worst, it had been 1 year after all, but his scan was totally clean!!! All internal organs showed NO signs of cancer and his tumor has yet to come back. Mind you, his mast cell tumor was the highest grade, the vet did NOT get clean margins with surgical removal, and the cells of the tumor had an intermediate chance of even responding to chemo. But this recent visit to the vet that led to the scan was nothing but a little doggie flu! I don’t know exactly what happened, but I will NEVER not have our boy on these chews. He will be celebrating his 6th birthday soon, and has been busy protecting our new baby! I do buy the bag for dogs >70 lbs even though our corgi is not that big... The chews are exactly the same, same concentration of ingredients, and with the bag for dogs >70 lbs you get more chews for your money. I remember reading all these reviews last year searching for a shred of hope, and we now have it! Buy these! Don’t let statistics from the vet deter you and lose hope! Our vet was stunned at the clean scan!! These chews are worth a shot and worth the money for possibly more time with your pet!!

My best friend in the whole world broke his hip and was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer). He is a 3 year old Doberman Pinscher. I took the news very hard. My father in law researched products that might help with my dog's condition, and he found K-9 Immunity Plus. Prognosis for bone cancer is not good at all. My poor 3 year old was quickly declining and my vet was already talking about euthanasia. I decided to order because...what the heck? What will it hurt now? We took my buddy to get surgery to remove the growth in his hip (the growth is very high in his hind hip joint and amputation was risky). We opted out of chemo and radiation therapy. This made him more comfortable immediately. The day after surgery, I started him on K-9 immunity plus. He was pretty inactive and did not have an appetite for a while. He didn't even want to eat his vegetables (his favorite). About one month after we started him on K-9 immunity plus, my buddy is acting more like himself (just a little gimpy). He is pulling me on walks, he is wiggling his butt, he follows me upstairs and downstairs, and he is eating all of his veggies again. He even started playing with his big doberman sister and his little doberman brother again. I am thinking that it is because of this medicine. Even if he does not last years or even a year, at least his last days, weeks, months are filled with joy and comfort. Thank you so much for making such a great product. Note: One of my dogs ate an entire bag of this because she decided she needed a snack while we were at work. It made her throw up and have a tummy ache, but only for a night. Thank goodness. She did not suffer any long-term damage. The ingredients are good ingredients. Also, thanks to Amazon for getting me a new bag on a Saturday. My dog needed his "meds".

I have a young dog whose immune system has gone haywire. She has repeated episodes of mass inflammation and bleeding from the GI system. The ultrasound shows swelling of the spleen and lymph glands as well, which indicates that the immune system is affected. I purchased this product after months of researching immune MODULATORS. Because when an immune stimulator is given to someone whose immune system is over-reactive, the results are usually catastrophic. This product contains immune modulators derived from a variety of mushrooms, and currently these polysaccharides are the most powerful immune modulators that we know of. Even more powerful that plant sterols/sterolins. Colostrum also contains Transfer Factors, which help the "learning" part of the immune system to learn which substances are a danger to the body and which are not -- transfer factors "educate" the immune system. They enable the immune system to recognize true dangers and to develop the right antibodies. Transfer Factors alone are inadequate to "fix" an out-of-balance immune system, as they only do the educating. My dog is having endoscopy/colonoscopy/biopsies in a few days, and I look forward to starting her on this supplement when she comes home. For anyone who is desperately trying to save a beloved pet, know that I have tried Colostrum (and will continue with this supplement), Moducare, Western and Eastern herbs, careful, vet-approved, home cooked diet, etc., with my dog. She was also kept on metronidazole, Pepcid, and sucralfate, but continued having flareups and serious bleeding from both ends. The vets are almost certain she has INFLAMMATORY Bowel Disease (NOT IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME, which has much to do with stress, and is not an immune disorder) and it has come down to either euthanizing a great dog at age 20 months, or finding something that will save her. I will update this review regularly. FYI, this also works for humans. The manufacturer makes this product for humans, and it is used to supplement the diets of people and animals going through cancer treatment. UPDATE 12/24/14 -- IT WORKS!!!! 12/11/16 -- Pup continues to do well, but healthy diet and consistency with supplements is key. She has been on the very lowest dosage of prednisone every other day for a year now with no problems.

UPDATE: Now a year later, Buck is still cancer free. We moved to at least 6mo of home cooked meals for a large portion of that and used these on protocol treatment. During that time we completely cut out any food that has CARRAGEENAN in it, and used very little processed food (kibble). I now use these as a treat about every other week. He loves them. They have not helped his itchy flaky skin nor his constant ear infections. We've recently again switched dry kibble to Victor which is a non GMO, no soy, grain free, and that seems to be helping with those two issues. I think with all treatment protocols you need to pulse treat - ie on and off treatments. Soy lecithin is a biofuel sludge bi-product that has no nutritional value and potentially harmful side effects - Im not super happy about that or the maltodextrin - I wish they'd move towards a natural cane sugar if they think it needs it - frankly I'm pretty sure my boy wouldn't give a darn if it had no sweetener. The soy lecithin is used widely as am emulsifier in food products. Its GMO, and the hexane extraction process commonly used is a neurotoxin. That said, I DO have faith in this product efficacy. The K9 Immunity Blend(tm) from Aloha is essentially mushrooms, and there is a MASSIVE amount of scientific data on the benefits of this in the system, as well as a long history of its use in Chinese herbal medicine. The added transfer factor improves bio-availability of the nutrients. Aloha uses only organic pharmaceutical grade human quality raw materials and it is 100% American made. Even though Buck (7 yo 126lb lab) eats a healthy, high quality diet, he is suffering from an unbalanced gut which is displaying as skin issues, eye discharge, and a swollen foot pad. I've purchased a 3 month supply and will update this on the effectiveness in treating his issues.

i used this product to rev up my dogs immune system.she was diagnosed with a spindle cell tumor in july of 2018.she is still here and its august of 2019.the tumors is growing on her hip muscle and has not invaded beyond the muscle into any of her organs or bones.two blood tests in the last year to confirm no other organs involved.seems to slow and inhibit rapid progression . im not a vet or a scientist just the owner of a very beloved female border collie.she has a bubble butt on her left hind hip and so far it has not interfered with her being able to pee or poop!i monitor her closely.and watch her urinary and bowel habits to be sure she is not having diificulty.it probably will eventually.two vets have told me it is inoperable because of her age11 and one half years.she is still very happy and not in chronic pain.she was a champion frisbee dog but unfortunately we had to cut that out when she was diagnosed.she is not very active now but i take her out to a field every day where i can closely watch her urinary and bowel functions.im a pee and poop inspector now LOL!i dont mind a bit she has been an awesome companion and watch dog for the last 11 and a half years.its gonna be tough when the time comes to say goodbye.be sure to consult with your vet as every dog is different and many different kinds of cancer afflict them.im just sharing my dogs story and i consulted with my vetabout everything im doing for my girl.good luck and god bless!!

Please don't be swayed into false hope by some of the other reviews- most dogs do not survive lymphoma. However, this product is easy to give, cheaper than the old 3 bottle system, and was a good way to get some extra fish oil into my dog's diet. My dog, a boxer mix, was 9 1/2 when diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma. She underwent the Madison Wisconsin protocol immediately in May and finished treatment in August. She was almost a textbook case of remission times. Out of remission in April of the next year. Chemo protocol again, and back into remission for half the length of the first. She passed away in November, after 18 months of treatment. She was taking this product the entire time, along with a no-grain, high-fat, high-protein diet (a mixture of home cooked and high quality dehydrated and wet foods); I also gave her high quality, human grade fish oil and a myriad of supplements that were supposed to help (off the top of my head, I can remember Red Clover, Vitamin E, Selenium, Milk Thistle, Cat's Claw...). Basically, everything that could have been done was done, we spared no expense and dedicated plenty of time in preparing her foods, giving her supplements, playing and exercising with her, and making sure her medication was on schedule. She only had a handful of bad days over those 18 months. I don't know if this product really had any effect, but I do know there was no way it could HURT her. My only 'complaint' (and it's not much) is the amount that is to be given; for a dog of her size, 75 pounds, it was around 9 a day...and some days she would eat all 9 but other days she wouldn't . If there was a way to increase the potency so less 'treats' were needed that would've helped more on the days when she was recently off treatment and not interested in eating them. I gave my last dog this when he was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Despite chemo, he never went into remission. His lymphocyte count just kept rising. He should have failed in two to three months with that diagnosis. I truly believe K-9 Immunity gave him 5 months of high quality life despite his prognosis. He only got sick the last four days and died on his own terms peacefully. My current dog has aggressive nasal carcinoma and cannot be treated. She was failing fast and I thought she would be gone in a month. Enter K-9 Immunity which is now in chewables and she has a new lease on life. I know her days are numbered but after a week of giving her K-9, she got back some stamina and more importantly, she is obviously feeling better and is happy and jumping around and eating well and doing better than I ever expected. She is on Rymadyl, Tramadol, and Benadryl, and then K-9 Immunity. I truly believe it is adding weeks of quality of life to her. Would recommend giving it a try if you are in this situation. She's a big dog. 110 pounds and a two month supply costs about $108. Money well spent.

It's hard to rate this product. The important thing is to keep my dogs cancer in remission and so far that is happening. I don't know that I can attribute that to this product or not. I got the first 3 bags of this product from my veterinarian. For my next batch, I had difficulty getting the product from the supplier. It took over a month and I almost ran out and interrupted his treatment. I have also seen an enormous variation in the consistency of this product. The first few packages I ordered were hard and dried. Much harder than those I got fromy veterinarian. So hard in fact, that I would cut/break them up before feeding the to my dog for fear they would not break down during digestion. I still have a package or two of those that I won't feed my dog. (At around $50 a bag) If it weren't for the fact that Dr. Jeannette Kelly from Veterinary Cancer Care in Santa Fe, NM. recommended this product as part of my dogs cancer treatment, I wouldn't buy it. The last batch of this product is soft and chewy. Hopefully they are getting better.

When doggy was 6 years old, we brought her to the Vet to remove some lumps and the biopsy showed that the lumps are cancerous. subsequently we include the k9 in her diet. Year later, the lumps came back and brought her again for another operation to remove lumps and the test can back that as benign. We have been feeding her with this almost Everyday and She is 12 years old now, healthy and going strong!

My dog was diagnosed with a severe form of cancer in October 2013, as always I went to the internet to find anything that might help whilst he was undergoing 19 weeks of chemotherapy. I found these and immediately ordered some and started giving him 3 a day. His white blood cells maintained the correct level throughout his treatment, he kept to the same weight and never felt ill after any of the treatments that finished on 31st March 2014. As yet he's still bouncing, eating well and enjoying life, I'm still giving him the K9 immunity plus and will continue to do so for as long as it takes. The vet doesn't want to see him for a check up until the end of June, so obviously something is working.

Our 8 year old lab mix has been getting three of these a day for eight months now. He had front leg amputation due to osteocarcoma 13 months ago. The product seems to be doing him well and he loves them too. No problem with shipment, it always arrives when or before date.
