Yes, I love this Aloe Vera gel, I’ve only been using it a couple of weeks & I use it every morning & evening before bed, it makes my skin so soft, so would definitely recommend....hope this helps? :-)

Can we use it under sunscreen lotion or over it before going out in the sun?

Best recommended way by ayurveda is to apply overnight . not sure about mixing or replacement of sunscreen
