Teespresso English Breakfast Nespresso Compatible Tea Capsules (Pack of 5, Total 50)

I bought these for my parents, assuming they would be a little dissatisfied with the tea quality (a small amount of leaves with water being pushed through - no brew time!) but they and I were pleasantly surprised. A full cup of tea from a single pellet is still a pretty good cup of tea.

Does what it's supposed to but not tasty

I don't drink tea! I got these as my daughter (who does drink tea) was staying for the weekend. She said it tasted all right but she drank normal tea for the rest of the weekend hence just the 4 stars.

Fits in the machine perfectly, flows out as it should and tastes lovely! Not sure what other reviews are talking about. Perhaps different machines are funny but I have a magimix and they work as expected and like I said tastes just like... tea! :-)

The capsules block very quickly and the Nespresso machine continues to pump but liquid will not come through. I am concerned that this will lead to damage within my new machine. You can see from the photos that the capsules are covered in fine tea dust which I assume is the cause of the filter on the capsule blocking so quickly. The capsule is next to one that I cleaned off. With my Nespresso machine on Lungo you can see a 1cm difference in depth with a Nespresso capsule. I will be sending these back.

Pretty weak and non-descript. If you absolutely HAVE to have tea in 30 seconds, use 3 of these. Otherwise, boil a kettle and use a teabag.. tastes better and costs a lot less.

Devine. A lovely tea, I set it to Lungo to see how watered down it would be, I gotta say, on Ristretto these will blow your head off. It wasn't insipid at all, nice, full bodied and quite strong.

I'm not sure if I received a bad batch but after an initial spurt of fluid, only a trickle comes out, using coffee pod no issues so ĺooks like problem with these capsules. I wonder if the tea is too fine and is clogging the holes in the capsule, cannot recommend at this time
