The transformer, timer, etc., performed exactly as advertised. The case is very robust and fully sealed, unlike other transformers, and is not subject to moisture ingress. However, the photocell failed after a few months. I emailed the published support contact, received an immediate response, and after I described the problem, Sunvie mailed a new photocell, which worked perfectly. So, minus one star for premature photocell failure, but plus 1 star for prompt service. I recommend this product.

Installed 16 low voltage lights along a driveway. Led 3 watt. The run was 125, feet from transformer to the farthest light so I wanted to make sure I had no voltage drop. Works great, I even connected my 6 (1 watt each) other low voltage lights. Very easy programming. I would recommend this.

Programming is a tad frustrating till you get it dialed, lots of power for great value. Recommend

Really like this transformer. I have another transformer that had been powering a pretty long string of all LED lights. Not many lights but I think the length of the main supply line was right at the limit. Split my system into two sections and now all the lights are bright and working great. Reading the reviews I had a bit of concern about the dependability but it’s been in use a couple of weeks and so far has worked perfectly so time will tell. Easy to set up though I wish the lights that show you what mode you’re in were a little brighter. On the day I installed mine it was sunny and it was hard to see the mode.

We really liked this product. It was easy to use and worked with out yard lights. However, we bought it last October (less than a year ago) and now the display buttons will not respond to any command. We are past the product support time window and there are no online instructions that I can find. So....apparently we can't get anything done with it. :(

The first transformer failed within seven months of purchase. But when I contacted the manufacturer, I was so impressed with their level of customer service. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience and made arrangements to send me a replacement transformer. The replacement is now installed and working superbly! Special mention is that the customer service department stayed in touch with me on the shipment date of the replacement unit and also provided prompt follow-up notice of the ship date, of the tracking number and also of the date on which the transformer was delivered.
