What are the dimensions? Especially from hand grips to the bottom. Thanks

Sorry, it was quite some time ago that I purchased it as a gift so I cant be 100% accurate. However I think the overall length was around 16 inches so the hand grips would be about 12inches from the bottom end. It was used as a training aid for a club swimmer aged 8 years. the same board was being used by swimmers of all ages.

The size says 30 x 39 and then one size. are these two separate sizes and if so which is bigger? my son is 6ft with very long arms. what do i get?

Both sizes are quite small for someone who is 6ft... I'm 5'3 and the kickboard is perfect for me, however I think the 30x39 is the larger one of the two. So that is the one you should get,
