adult breakfast cereal; one of the first. A precursor to the granola type of breakfast food now common. Hard to find, but available here.

The price was Just Right!
I only buy breakfast cereals when they're on offer. I have about 10 different cereals I'm willing to eat in the morning. This is one of them. At £2 a box from Morrisons here on Amazon it's a fair deal for a quality cereal.
